"SETUP" menu
)
Press the "SETUP"
button for access
to the "SETUP"
menu. This allows you
to select from the following functions:
- "Languages" (Peugeot Connect
Navigation (RT6)),
- "Languages and voice functions"

Languages (Peugeot Connect
Navigation (RT6))
This menu allows you to select the lan-
guage used by the display.
Date and time
This menu allows you to set the date
and time, the format of the date and the
format of the time.
Display
This menu allows you to set the bright-
ness of the screen, the screen colour
scheme and the colour of the map (day/
night or auto mode).
Vehicle parameters (Peugeot
Connect Navigation (RT6))
This menu allows you to activate or deacti-
vate certain driving and comfort equipment * :
- wiper linked with reverse gear (refer
to the "Visibility" section),
- selective unlocking (refer to the
"Access" section),
- guide-me-home and welcome light-
ing (refer to the "Visibility" section),
- interior mood lighting (refer to the
"Visibility" section),
- daytime running lamps (refer to the
"Visibility" section),
- directional headlamps (refer to the
"Visibility" section),
- automatic or manual parking brake
(refer to the "Driving" section),
- ...
Units
This menu allows you to select the
units: temperature (°C or °F) and fuel
consumption (km/l, l/100 or mpg).
For safety reasons, confi gu-
ration of the multifunction
screen by the driver must only
be done when stationary.
System
This menu allows you to restore the fac-
tory confi guration, display the software
version and activate scrolling text.
Languages and voice functions
(Peugeot Connect Media Navigation
(NG4 3D))
This menu allows you to:
- select the language used by the dis-
play,
- select the settings for voice recogni-
tion (on/off, instructions on use, per-
sonal voice training...),
- adjust the volume of the voice syn-
thesiser.

9. Mono-zone / Dual-zone

Press this button to equalise
the comfort value on the pas-
senger side with that on the
driver's side (mono-zone).
The indicator lamp in the but-
ton comes on.
8. Air recirculation
)
Press this button to recircu-
late the interior air. The in-
dicator lamp for the button
corresponding to the func-
tion chosen comes on.
- Closed/Air intake (automatic mode).
Press this button, the indicator lamp
comes on.
- Forced closing of air intake (manual
mode). press this button to recir-
culate the interior air, the indicator
lamp comes on.
Air recirculation enables the passenger
compartment to be isolated from exte-
rior odours and smoke.

As soon as possible, press the
"auto" button to allow the intake of
exterior air and avoid misting.
Switching the system off and onagain
)
Turn the air fl ow control to the left
until all of the indicator lamps go
off.
This action switches off all of the func-
tions of the system.
Temperature related comfort is no lon-
ger guaranteed but a slight fl ow of air,
due to the movement of the vehicle, can
still be felt.
)
Turn the air fl ow dial to the right or
press the "AUTO"
button to reacti-
vate the system with the values set
before it was switched off.
Avoid driving for prolonged
periods with the system off.

Adjustment

Adjust the mirror so that the glass is
directed correctly in the "day" posi-
tion.
As a safety measure, the mir-
rors should be adjusted to re-
duce the "blind spot".
Manual day/night model

Pull the lever to change to the "night"
anti-dazzle position.

Push the lever to change to the nor-
mal "day" position.
Adjustable mirror providing a central
rearward view.
Equipped with an anti-dazzle system,
which darkens the mirror glass and re-
duces the nuisance to the driver caused
by the sun, headlamps from other ve-
hicles...
In order to ensure optimum
visibility during your manoeu-
vres, the mirror lightens au-
tomatically when reverse gear is
engaged.
Automatic day/night model
By means of a sensor, which measures
the light from the rear of the vehicle, this
system automatically and progressively
changes between the day and night
uses.

Locating your vehicle
)
Press the closed padlock to locate
your locked vehicle in a car park.
This is indicated by lighting of the direction
indicators for a few seconds. Deadlocking renders the exte-
rior and interior door controls
inoperative.
It also deactivates the manual
central control button.
Therefore, never leave anyone inside
the vehicle when it is deadlocked.

Press the closed padlock to
lock the vehicle completely
or press the closed padlock
for more than two seconds to
close the windows automati-
cally in addition to locking
(according to version).
If one of the doors or the boot
is still open, the central locking
does not take place.
When the vehicle is locked, if it is
unlocked inadvertently, it will relock
automatically after thirty seconds un-
less a door is opened.
Normal locking using the key
)
Turn the key to the right in the driv-
er's door lock to lock the vehicle
completely.
Locking is confi rmed by fi xed lighting of
the direction indicators for approximate-
ly two seconds.
According to version, the door mirrors
fold at the same time.
The folding and unfolding of
the door mirrors using the
remote control can be deac-
tivated by a PEUGEOT dealer or a
qualifi ed workshop.
Locking the vehicle

Press the closed padlock to
lock the vehicle completely.

Press the closed padlock for more
than two seconds to close the win-
dows automatically in addition to
locking (according to version).
Normal locking using the remote
control

Turn the key to the right in the driver's
door lock to lock the vehicle com-
pletely and hold it in this position for
more than two seconds to close the
windows automatically in addition to
locking (according to version).
)
Turn the key to the right again within
fi ve seconds to deadlock the vehicle.
Deadlocking is confi rmed by fi xed light-
ing of the direction indicators for approxi-
mately two seconds.
According to version, the door mirrors
fold at the same time.
)
First press this button to
fold the key.
If you do not press the button
when folding the key, there is
a risk of damage to the mecha-
nism.

LIGHTING CONTROLS
System for selection and control of the
various front and rear lamps providing
the vehicle's lighting.
Main lighting
The various front and rear lamps of
the vehicle are designed to adapt the
lighting progressively in relation to the
climatic conditions and so improve the
driver's visibility:
- sidelamps, to be seen,
- dipped beam headlamps to see
without dazzling other drivers,
- main beam headlamps to see clear-
ly when the road is clear,
- directional headlamps for improved
visibility when cornering.
Additional lighting
Other lamps are installed to fulfi l the
requirements of particular driving con-
ditions:
- a rear foglamp to be seen from a
distance,
- front foglamps for even better visibi-
lity,
- daytime running lamps to be seen
during the day.
Programming
Various automatic lighting control modes
are also available according to the fol-
lowing options:
- guide-me-home lighting,
- automatic lighting,
- directional headlamps.

The lighting is controlled directly by the
driver by means of the ring A

turn it to position the symbol re-
quired facing the mark.

Stalk for switching headlamps: pull
the stalk towards you to switch the
lighting between dipped and main
beam headlamps.
In the lamps off and sidelamps modes,
the driver can switch on the main beam
headlamps temporarily ("headlamp fl ash")
by maintaining a pull on the stalk. Dipped headlamps or
main beam headlamps.
Displays
Illumination of the corresponding indi-
cator lamp in the instrument panel con-
fi rms that the lighting selected is on.

Model with rear foglamp only
Rear foglamp
This operates with dipped and main
beam headlamps.

To switch on the foglamp, turn the
ring C
forwards.

To switch off the foglamp, turn the
ring C
rearwards.
When the lighting is switched on au-
tomatically (with AUTO model), the
dipped beam headlamps and side-
lamps remain on until the rear foglamp
is switched off.
In good or rainy weather, by
both day and night, the front
foglamps and the rear foglamp
are prohibited. In these situations,
the power of their beams may dazzle
other drivers.
Do not forget to switch off the front
foglamps and the rear foglamp when
they are no longer necessary.
Model with front and rear foglamps
Front and rear foglamps
The rear foglamp operates with the
dipped and main beam headlamps.
The front foglamps also operate with
the sidelamps.

To switch on the rear foglamp, turn
the ring C
forwards.

To switch on the front foglamps, turn

Lighting on audible warning
When the ignition is switched off, all of
the lamps switch off automatically, unless
guide-me-home lighting is activated.
If the lighting is switched on manually
after switching off the ignition, there
is an audible signal when a front door
is opened to warn the driver that they
have forgotten to switch off the vehicle's
lighting, with the ignition off.
When the lighting is switched off au-
tomatically (with AUTO model) or
when the dipped beam headlamps are
switched off manually, the foglamps and
the sidelamps will remain on.
In some weather conditions
(e.g. low temperature or hu-
midity), the presence of mist-
ing on the internal surface of the glass
of the headlamps and rear lamps is
normal; it disappears after the lamps
have been on for a few minutes.
When the lighting is switched on au-
tomatically (with AUTO model), the
dipped beam headlamps and side-
lamps remain on until the rear foglamp
is switched off.

They come on when the engine is started.
Depending on the destination country,
they are used for:
- daytime running lamps in day mode
and sidelamps in night mode (they
are brighter when daytime running
lamps),
or
- sidelamps in day and night mode.
Programming
In countries in which this
function is not imposed by
regulations, with the vehicle
stationary, use the navigator
to activate or deactivate the
function in the multifunction
screen confi guration menu.
The sidelamps and number plate lamps
come on as well.
For countries where the function is a
legal requirement, it is activated by de-
fault.
LED lampsDaytime running lamps
Daytime lighting, compulsory in certain
countries, which comes on automati-
cally when the engine is started making
the vehicle more visible to other users.
This function is assured:
- in countries where it is imposed by
regulations,
by illumination of the dipped beam
headlamps with the sidelamps and
number plate lamps; this function
cannot be deactivated.
- for other countries where it is pro-
vided,
by the use of dedicated lamps (bulbs
or LEDs); this function can be acti-
vated or deactivated via the vehicle
confi guration menu.
The lighting control stalk must be placed
in the "0"
or "AUTO"
(day mode) posi-
tion.
Deactivation of the daytime running
lamps is effective after operation of the
lighting control stalk or after the next
engine start; activation is effective im-
mediately.
The instruments and controls (instrument
panel, multifunction screen, air condition-
ing control panel, ...) are not illuminated,
except in night mode with manual or auto-matic illumination of headlamps.

Automatic illumination of headlamps
When a low level of ambient light is de-
tected by a sunshine sensor, the number
plate lamps, sidelamps and dipped beam
headlamps are switched on automatically,
without any action on the part of the driver.
They can also come on if rain is detected,
at the same time as automatic operation of
the windscreen wipers.
As soon as the brightness returns to a suf-fi cient level or after the windscreen wipers
are switched off, the lamps are switched
off automatically.

Turn the ring to the "AUTO"
posi-
tion. The activation of the function
is accompanied by the display of a
message in the screen.
Deactivation

Turn the ring to another position.
Deactivation of the function is ac-
companied by the display of a mes-
sage in the screen.
EXTERIOR WELCOME LIGHTING
The remote switching on of the light-
ing makes your approach to the vehicle
easier in poor light. It is activated ac-
cording to the level of light detected by
the sunshine sensor.

The lighting duration is se-

The duration of the welcome
lighting is associated with and
identical to that of the automatic
guide-me-home lighting.

Press the open padlock on
the remote control.
The dipped beam headlamps and the
sidelamps come on; your vehicle is also
unlocked.
The exterior welcome lighting switches
off automatically after a set time, when
the ignition is switched on or on locking
the vehicle.
The temporary illumination of the dipped
beam headlamps after the vehicle's ig-
nition has been switched off makes
the driver's exit easier when the light is
poor.

headlamps using the lighting stalk.

A further "headlamp fl ash" switches
the function off.
