purchaser.

action, irrespective of

in death) arising out of the use or
possession of the HDD or software. Use, duplication, or disclosure of this
HDD by or on behalf of the United
States government is subject to
“Restricted Rights” as set forth at FAR
52.227-14, -19 or DFARS 252.227-
7013, as applicable. Manufacturers are
