Steering mounted controls
Five or six-speed electronically controlled gearbox which offers a choice between the comfor t of automated operation or the pleasure
of manual gear changing.
Tw o d r i v i ng modes are offered:-automatedmode for automatic control
of the gears by the gearbox, without anyaction by the driver,

manualmode for the sequential changing
of the gears by the driver, using the gear
lever or the steering mounted control paddles,
In automated mode, you can temporarily takecontrol of gear changes at any time, using thesteering mounted control paddles.
The steering mounted paddles do not allow neutral to be selected, reversegear to be engaged or disengaged, or the driving mode to be changed.

Driving

System which prevents the vehicle fromexceeding the speed programmed by the driver.
When the programmed speed limit is reached, pressing the accelerator pedal in the normal
manner no longer has any effect.

The controls of this system are grouped

The speed limiter cannot, in anycircumstances, replace the need to respect speed limits, nor can it replace the need for vigilance and responsibility on the par t of the driver.






Speed limiter
The speed limiter is switched onmanually:
it requires a programmed speed of at least
20 mph (30 km/h).
The speed limiter is
switched off by manual foperation of the control.
The pro
grammed speed can be exceeded
temporarily by pressing the accelerator firmly.To return to the programmed speed, simply slow down to a speed below the programmed speed.
The pro
grammed speed remains in the memorywhen the ignition is switched off.

Driving

by the driver, without any action on the accelerator pedal.

Cruise control
The cruise control is switched on
manually: itrequires a minimum vehicle speed of 25 mph(40 km/h), as well as the engagement of:
-
fourth gear on a manual gearbox,
- second gear on a or automatic or electronicgearbox, in sequential mode,
- position A
on an electronic gearbox or position D
on an automatic gearbox.
Th
e cruise control is switched offmanuallyfor by pressing the brake or clutch pedal or
on triggering of the ESP system for safety reasons.
It is possible to exceed the programmed speed
temporarily by pressing the accelerator pedal. To return to the programmed speed, simply release the accelerator pedal. Switching off the ignition cancels any programmed speed value.

SELECTING A STATION


The external environment (hill, building, tunnel, underground car park...) may interfere with the reception, including in RDS station tracking mode. Thisphenomenon is a normal result of the way in which radio waves are transmitted and does not in any way indicate a fault with the audio system.

preset station.
Or press then turn the thumb wheel at the steeringmounted controls.

PRESETTING A STATION


After selecting a station, press one of the buttons on the numerical keypad for 2 seconds to preset the currentstation.
An audible si
gnal confi rms that the station has been preset.
Press RADIO.
ACTIVATE / DEACTIVATE RDS


RDS, if activated, allows you to continue listening to the samestation by automatic retuning to alternative frequencies. However,
in certain conditions, coverage of an RDS station may not be
assured throughout the entire country as radio stations do notcover 100 % of the territory. This explains the loss of reception of the station during a journey.
Select " Guidance options
" then confi rm.

Activate or deactivate "RDS " then confi rm.
