Sensor electrical conformity
Check the continuity and absence of interference resistance of the following connections:
•3C between components 120 and 244,
•3JK between components 120 and 244,
If the connection or connections are faulty and there is a repair procedure (see Technical Note 6015A, Electrical
wiring repair, Wiring: Precautions for repair), repair the wiring, otherwise replace it.
Measure the resistance between the following connections:
•3C and 3JK of component 244.
If the connection or connections are faulty and there is a repair procedure (see Technical Note 6015A, Electrical
wiring repair, Wiring: Precautions for repair), repair the wiring, otherwise replace it.
If the temperature sensor resistances are not between:
11332 Ω < X < 13588 Ω (at - 10°C),
2140 Ω < X < 2364 Ω (at + 25°C),
772 Ω < X < 850 Ω (at + 50°C),
275 Ω < X < 291 Ω (at + 80°C),
112 Ω < X < 118 Ω (at + 110°C),
replace the sensor.
