Engagement of reverse gear is accompanied by an audible signal.
If you leave the vehicle, place the gear
lever in position Nand then you muststop the hybrid system by switching off the ignition (Ready
lamp off).
If the gear lever is not in position Nonstarting, N
flashes in the instrument panel, accompanied by an audible signal and a message in the instrument panel screen.Foot on brake

For optimum acceleration, for example
when overtaking another vehicle, press the accelerator pedal firmly past the point of resistance.

Automatic mode

gearbox is then operating in auto-active mode, without any action on the par t of thedriver. It continuously selects the most suitable gear, depending on the:

yle of driving,

- profile of the road.


When the engine is idling with thebrakes off, if position R, Aor M
is selected, the vehicle will move off
on its own without any action on theaccelerator.

Manual gear changing
)
When the vehicle has moved off, select
position M to change to manual mode. )
Operate the +or -steering mounted control paddles.


At very low speed, if reverse gear is requested, this will only be taken intoaccount when the vehicle is immobilised(foot on the brake). A warning lamp appears in the instrument panel screen.

On sharp acceleration in manual mode,the gearbox will not change up unless the driver acts on the gear lever or thesteering mounted paddles.
Never select neutral N
while the vehicleis moving. Only engage reverse gear Rwhen thevehicle is immobilised with the brake pedal pressed. A

appear successively in the instrument
panel screen.
The
gear change commands are only carried
out if the engine speed permits. The internal combustion engine is still running. It is not necessary to release the accelerator
during gear changes.
When brakin
g or slowing down, the gearbox changes down automatically to permitacceleration in the correct gear. This selective
gear change mode enables you
to over take, for example, while still remaining in automatic mode.)Operate the + or -
steering mounted controlpaddle.
The gearbox engages the gear requested if the engine speed permits. A
is still displayed in theinstrument panel.
After a few moments without any action on
the controls, the gearbox resumes automaticcontrol of the gears.

Head-up display
System which projects various information ontoa smoked strip in the field of vision of the driver so that they do not have to take their eyes off

e road. This system operates when the engine is running and the settings are stored when the
ignition is switched off.

- the "sun" to increase the brightness,

- the "moon" to decrease the brightness.



Brightness adjustment


We recommend that adjustments are made using these buttons only when the vehicle is stationary. When stationary or while driving, no objects
should be placed around the strip (or in itsrecess) so as to not impede deployment of the strip and its correct operation.


In certain extreme weather conditions (rain and/or snow, bright sunshine, ...)the head-up display may not be legibleor may suffer temporary interference. Some sunglasses may hamper readingof the information.
To clean the strip, use a clean, softcloth (such as a spectacles cloth or microfibre cloth). Do not use a dry or abrasive cloth or detergent or solvent products as these could scratch the strip or damage the non-reflectivecoating.



Height adjustment
)With the engine running, adjust the display
to the desired height using buttons 4 :
- up to move the display up,
- down to move the display down.

Memorising speeds This memorising of speeds applies to both the speed limiter and the cruise control.
You can memorise u
p to 5 speeds in the system.
By default, some speeds are already memorised.)Go to the main menu in the instrument
panel screen by pressing the "CONFIG"button.)Select the "Personalisation-configuration" menu and confirm.
To select a memorised speed:)press and hold the "+ " or "- " button; the system stopsat the nearest memorisedspeed,
For safety reasons, the driver mustcarry out these operations when stationary, using the instrument panel screen.These operations are only possible when stationary.

modifications.

Speed limiter


System which prevents the vehicle fromexceeding the speed programmed by the driver.
When the programmed speed limit is reached, pressing the accelerator pedal no longer has any effect unless it is pressed firmly,
which allows you to temporarily exceed theprogrammed speed.
To return to the programmed speed, simply
slow down to a speed below the programmed speed by releasing the accelerator.
The speed limiter is switched onmanuall
y:
it requires a programmed speed of at least
20 mph (30 km/h).
The speed limiter is
switched offby manual foperation of the control.
The pro
grammed speed remains in the memory
when the ignition is switched off.

The speed limiter cannot, in any circumstances, replace the need to obser ve speed limits,nor can it replace the need for vigilance and responsibility on the par t of the driver.

Programming
Exceeding the programmed speed
Pressing the accelerator pedal to exceed the programmed speed willnot have any effect unless you press the pedal firmlypast the point of resistance.The speed limiter is deactivated temporarily and the programmedspeed, which is still displayed, flashes.
Returning to the programmed speed, by means of intentional or
unintentional deceleration of the vehicle, automatically cancels the
flashing of the programmed speed.


Off/Return to normal
driving
)Press 5, the speed limiter is deactivated.


On a steep descent or in the event of sharp acceleration, the speed limiter willnot be able to prevent the vehicle from exceeding the programmed speed.
The use of mats not approved by PEUGEOT may adversely affect the normal operation of the accelerator pedal and impede the operation of the
speed limiter.
Mats approved by PEUGEOT have a thirdfixing in the area of the pedals to avoid any risk of interference with the pedals. In the event o
f a speed limiter fault, the speed
is cleared resulting in flashing of the dashes.
Have it checked by a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop.


Operating fault
You can then change the programmed speed using buttons 2
and 3
:
- by + or - 1 mph (km/h) = shor t press,
- by + or - 5 mph (km/h) = long press,
- in steps of + or - 5 mph (km/h) = maintained press. )Switch the speed limiter on by pressing button 4 . )Suspend the speed limiter by pressing button 4: the screenconfirms the suspension with "Pause". )Switch the speed limiter back on by pressing button 4
again.
