PRACTICAL INFORMATION
PEUGEOT will not accept re-
sponsibility for the cost incurred in
repairing your vehicle or for recti-
fying malfunctions resulting from
the installation of accessories not
supplied and not recommended
by PEUGEOT and not installed in
accordance with its instructions,
in particular when the combined
consumption of all of the addition-
al equipment connected exceeds
10 milliamperes.
Installing electrical accessories
Your vehicle's electrical system is
designed to operate with standard
or optional equipment.
Before installing other electrical
equipment or accessories on your
vehicle, contact a PEUGEOT dealer
or a qualifi ed workshop.
CHANGING A FUSE
Access to the tools
The extraction tweezer is fi tted to the
back of the dashboard fusebox cover.
For access to it:
)
open the glove box lid,
)
push the opening guide to the left to
open to beyond the fi rst notch,
)
open the glove box lid fully,
)
turn the screw a quarter of a turn to
the left,
)
unclip the fusebox cover by pulling
at the top right,
)
remove the cover completely and
turn it over,
)
remove the carrier in which is fi tted
the tweezer.
Changing a fuse
Before changing a fuse, it is necessary to
)
identify and rectify the cause of the
failure,
)
switch off all electrical consumers,
)
immobilise the vehicle and switch
off the ignition,
)
identify the failed fuse using the
tables and diagrams on the following
pages.
To replace a fuse, it is essential to:
)
use the special tweezer to extract
the fuse from its housing and check
its fi lament.
)
always replace the failed fuse with
a fuse of the same rating (same
colour); the use of a different rating
may cause malfunctions (risk of
fi re).
If the fault recurs soon after changing
the fuse, have the electrical system
checked by a PEUGEOT dealer or a
qualifi ed workshop.

EMERGENCY OR ASSISTANCE CALL
In an emergency, press this button for more than2 seconds. Flashing of the green LED and a voice
message confi rm that the call has been made to the
PEUGEOT CONNECT SOS call centre * .
The
green LED remains on (without fl ashing) when communication is established. It goes off at the end of communication.
When the ignition is switched on, the green
LED comes on for 3 seconds indicating that
the system is operating correctly. Pressin
g this button again immediately cancels the request.
The cancellation is confi rmed b
y a voice message.
Press this button for more than 2 seconds to request
assistance if the vehicle breaks down.
A voice message confi rms that the call has been made **
.
OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM Pressing this button again immediately cancels the request. The green LED goes off. Cancellation is confi rmed by a voice message.
To cancel a call, repl
y to the PEUGEOT CONNECT SOS call centre that it
was a mistake.

OT CONNECT SOS immediately locates you vehicle, starts communication with you in your language ** , and where necessary sends
the appropriate public emergency services ** . In countries where the
team is not operational, or when the locating service has been expressly
declined, the call sent directly to the emergency services (11 2) without the
vehicle location.
If an impact is detected b
y the airbag control unit, and
independently of the deployment of any airbags, an emergency call
is made automatically.

The volume of the Risk Areas POIs alert can only be adjusted
during this type of alert.

SELECTING THE POINTS OF INTEREST DISPLAYED ON THE MAP
Select " Map management
" and confi rm.
Select from the various categories the
ones that you want to display on thescreen.
Select "Map details" and confi rm.
Select " By default" to have only "Oil stations, garages" and"Accident-prone area
" appear on the map (if installed in the
system).
Select " OK
" then confi rm and select "OK" again then confi rm to save the
modifi cations.

Enter the same code on the telephone then accept
the connection.
Then accept automatic connection on the telephone to allow the
te
lephone to reconnect automatically every time the vehicle is started.
The abilit
y of the system to connect in only one mode depends on
the telephone. The two modes may both connect by default.
USING THE TELEPHONE
The "Hands-free mode
" should be used in preference if "Streaming" is not desired.
The services available depend on the network, the
SIM card and the compatibility of the Bluetooth telephone used. Check the telephone manual and with your network provider for details of the services available to you.
Select a code for the connection thenconfi rm "OK".
Depending on the type of telephone, the system will ask you to
accept or not the transfer of your contacts.
On return to the vehicle,the last telephone connected
automatically reconnects, within around 30 seconds after switching on the ignition (Bluetooth activated and visible).
To modi
fy the automatic connection mode, remove the pairingand pair the telephone again with the desired mode.

RECEIVING A CALL
An incoming call is announced by a ring and a superimposed displayon the screen.
"Ye s" to accept the call is selected bydefault.
Press "
OK" to accept the call.
Select "No" and confi rm to reject the call.
A short press on TELaccepts an incoming call.
A long press on TEL
rejects an incomingcall.
