Boot

using the remote control or the key, press
the opening control, then raise the tailgate.

this warning lamp comes on, accompanied by the display of analert message for a few seconds,
- when the vehicle is moving
(speed above6 mph (10 km/h)), this warning lamp comes
on, accompanied by an audible signal and
the display of an aler t message for a fewseconds.
Unlocking

Fold back the rear seats to gain access to
the lock from inside the boot. ) Insert a small screwdriver into hole Aof thelock to unlock the tailgate.

Head restraint height adjustment
)To raise the head restraint, pull it upwards. )To remove the head restraint, press thelug A
and pull the head restraint upwards. )To put the head restraint back in place,
engage the head restraint stems in the
openings keeping them in line with the seat back. )To lower the head restraint, press the lug Aand the head restraint at the same time.
The head restraint is fitted with a framewith notches which prevents it fromlowering; this is a safety device in caseof impact. The adjustment is correct when theupper edge of the head restraint is level with the top of the head.Never drive with the head restraintsremoved; they must be in place andadjusted correctly.
Access to the rear seats (3-door)
Additional adjustments
Ensure that no person or object prevents the seat slide from returningto its initial position; the return to thisposition is necessary for longitudinal
locking. Check that the seat belt has reeled incorrectly so as to not impede access for passengers to the rear seats.
)Pull only
this control upwards to fold the seat back and move the seat forward.
When put back in place, the seat returns to its initial position.

Place the head restraints in the low position. )
Press both controls 1simultaneously to
release the seat backrest 2. ) Fold the seat backrest 2
on to the cushion.
When repositioning the backrest, ensure that the seat belts are not trapped.
Rear bench seat Bench seat with fixed one-piece cushion and folding one-piece backrest.
When folding the seat, the centre seat belt should not be buckled but laid out flat on the seat.
