app rox . 8 km/ h (5 mph) is reache d.
Fault
In the ev ent of a fault, e .g. autom atic
locking d oe sn’t take place, ens ure all the
doors have been properly closed.
If the automatic locking function still fa ils to
ope rate, we re comme nd that you cons ult a
workshop.
Autom atic unl ocking

of vehicle as far as it will go. Turn ke y back

depending on the seriousness of the

out and thus ensure that the v ehicle
occupants are re tained in the ir se ats .
zThe se at be lts are pulled down at the
be lt buckles . This mak es the b elts fit
snugly, the oc cup ants are decelerated
toge the r with the v ehicle, and the body
i s su b j e c t ed t o l es s st r e ss .
zThe airbag sy ste ms a re als o trigge red in
t h e ev en t o f s er i o u s a cci de n t s a n d f o r m a
s afety cushion for the occupants.
De pending on the se verity of the
accide nt, the airbags inflate

The airbag sy ste ms are s upple mentary
to the three -point se at be lts and belt
tensioners, and the sea t belts must
the refore always be worn. Dis re garding
the se ins tructions may le ad to injuries or
endanger life. Vehicle passengers should
be informe d accordingly.

Belt force limiters on the seats reduce the
