Front turn signal lights
For the left side only: To
allow enough working
space, turn the steering
wheel all the way to the
right, then remove the bolts
and take off the cover.
Turn the bulb base counterclockwise.

Rear turn signal lights
Open the trunk lid and
remove the cover.
Turn the bulb base counter-
clockwise.
Remove the light bulb.
When installing, reverse the
steps listed.
After installing the bulb base,
secure the cord with the clips
and install the cover in its origi-
nal position.

Back-up light
Open the trunk lid.
For the left side (vehicles
with power trunk lid only):
Pry out each side of the
trunk closer switch in turn
by inserting a screwdriver
into the base.
To prevent damage, cover the
tip of the screwdriver with a rag.
Remove the clips on which-
ever side you are replacing
and open the cover of the
trunk lid.
Turn the bulb base counter-
clockwise.

off the mirror cover.
Turn the bulb base counter-
clockwise.
Remove the light bulb.
After installing the new
bulb, secure the socket to
the light body.
When inserting the socket, align
the marks printed on the light
body and the socket.

When trouble arises
GS350/250_EE (OM30C36E)Connect the hose to the valve.
Screw the end of the hose clock-
wise as far as possible.
Check the specified tire infla-
tion pressure.
Tire inflation pressure is specified
on the label as shown. (P. 850)
Start the engine. (P. 207)
To inject the sealant and
inflate the tire, turn the com-
pressor switch on.
Use the kit with the top facing
upward.

Fit the parking brake release tool
into the screwdriver handle.
Vehicles with a spare tire: Take out the spare tire. (P. 788)
Vehicles without a spare tire: Remove the center auxiliary box.
(P. 802)
Remove the plug.
Insert the tool and press it
down firmly while turning it
counterclockwise until it
stops.

When trouble arises

Trunk
Turn the mechanical key
clockwise to open.
Ensure that the shift lever is in P and depress the brake pedal.
Touch the Lexus emblem side
of the electronic key to the
engine switch.
The engine switch will turn to
IGNITION ON mode.
When the smart entry & start sys-
tem is deactivated in customization
setting, the engine switch will turn
to ACCESSORY mode.
Firmly depress the brake pedal and check that is shown on
the multi-information display.
Press the engine switch.
In the event that the engine still cannot be started, contact any
authorized Lexus dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and
equipped professional.
