WARNING!
• Be certain that the seatback is locked securely into position. Otherwise, theseat will not provide the proper stability for child seats and/or passengers. An
improperly latched seat could cause you and others to be severely injured or
killed.
• Do not allow a passenger to sit in a third row seat without having the head restraint unfolded and locked in place or seatback(s) folded flat. Failure to
follow this warning may result in the passengers being severely injured or
killed in the event of a collision.
• Do not drive the vehicle with the seat in the Tip 'n Slide™ position, as it is only intended for entering and exiting the third row seats. Failure to follow
this warning may result in you and others being severely injured or killed.
• Be certain that the seatback and seat are locked securely into position. Otherwise, the seat will not provide the proper stability for child seats and/or
passengers. An improperly latched seat could cause you or others to be
severely injured or killed.
HEATED SEATS
Front Heated Seats
• The heated seats are operated using the Uconnect Touch™ System.
Uconnect Touch™ 4.3 • Press the Climate hard-key (located onthe left side of the Uconnect Touch™
screen) to enter the climate control
screen.
• Press the Driver or Passenger seat soft-key once to select HI-level
heating. Press the soft-key a second
time to select LO-level heating. Press
the soft-key a third time to shut the
heating elements OFF.
• If the High-level setting is selected, the system will automatically switch to Low-level after approximately 60 minutes. The Low-level setting will turn Off
automatically after approximately 45 minutes.

Cancel
• Push the CANCEL button, or apply the brakes to cancel the set speed andmaintain the set speed memory.
• Push the ON/OFF button to turn the system off and erase the set speed memory.
WARNING!
• Leaving the Electronic Speed Control system on when not in use is dangerous. You could accidentally set the system or cause it to go faster than
you want. You could lose control and have a collision. Always leave the
Electronic Speed Control system off when you are not using it.
• Electronic Speed Control can be dangerous where the system cannot maintain a constant speed. Your vehicle could go too fast for the conditions,
and you could lose control. A collision could be the result. Do not use
Electronic Speed Control in heavy traffic or on roads that are winding, icy,
snow-covered or slippery.

Climate Control Knobs
• For your convenience the climate controls can be operated by using the soft-keyslocated on the touch screen or the climate control knobs below the Uconnect
Touch™ display.
Automatic Operation
• Press the AUTO button or AUTO soft-key.
• Select the desired temperature by pressing the Temperature Controls for the driveror passenger.
• The system will maintain the set temperature automatically.
SYNC Temperature Soft-Key
• Press the SYNC soft-key once to control driver and passenger temperatures simultaneously. Press the SYNC soft-key a second time to control the temperatures
individually.
Air Recirculation
• Use recirculation for maximum A/C operation.
• For window defogging, turn the recirculation button off.
• If the Recirculation button is pushed while in the AUTO mode, the indicator lightmay flash three times to indicate the cabin air is being controlled automatically.
Heated Mirrors
• The mirrors are heated to melt frost or ice. This feature is activated whenever youturn on the rear window defroster.
