driving conditions, using a camera located in
the interior rear view mirror.

Starting when the temperature isabove zero
- The instrument panel and the Ready
lampcome on, confirmed by an audible signal.
- The dial in the centre console is in AUTO
mode.
- Place the
gear selector in position N.
- Inser t the electronic key in the reader or
keep the electronic key inside the vehicle.

Press the brake pedal.
- Make single short press (about 1 second)on the START/STOPbutton.
Moving off
- While maintaining pressure on the brakepedal, move the gear selector to position Ato go forwards or Rfor reverse.
- Ta k e
your foot off the brake pedal, you can
then move off.
With temperatures below zero, you have to initiate pre-heating of the Diesel engine: - Withoutpressing the brake pedal,make an initial shor t press on theSTA R T/STOP button. - Wait until the pre-heater warninglamp goes off.

you foot on the brake pedal, make a second shor t press on theSTA R T/STOP button.

Safety anti-pinch
When the window rises and meets an obstacle, it stops and immediately partially lowers again.
In the event o
f unwanted opening of the
window on closing, press the switch until the
window opens completely, then pull the switch
immediatel
y until the window closes. Continue
to hold the switch for approximately one second after the window has closed.
The safety anti-pinch function is not active
during this operation.
Deactivating the rear window controls
Reinitialisation of the
electric windows
In the event of contact during operationof the windows, you must reverse the movement of the window. To do this,press the switch concerned.
When operating the passenger electricwindow switches, the driver mustensure that no one is preventing correct closing of the windows. The driver must ensure that the passengers use the electric windowscorrectly.
Be aware of children when operating the windows.
Be aware of passengers or other persons present when closing the
windows using the the electronic key or the "Access and Starting Hands Free"system. Followin
g reconnection of the battery, the
safety anti-pinch function must be reinitialised.The safety anti-pinch function is not active
during these operations:
- lower the window completely, then raise
it, it will rise in ste
ps of a few centimetreseach time the switch is pressed. Repeat
the operation until the window closes
completely,
- continue to press the switch for at least one
second after reaching this position, windowclosed.
For the safety of your children, press switch 5to prevent operation of therear windows irrespective of their position.
The warnin
g lamp in the button comes on,accompanied by a message confirmingactivation. It remains on, as long as the child
lock is activated.
The interior controls for the rear doors are also deactivated. Opening the doors from the outside and
operation of the rear electric windows from the
driver's controls remain possible.

Safety anti-pinch
In automatic mode and at the end of its travel,
if the blind meets an obstacle while closing it stops and moves back slightly.
If the blind stops and immediatel
y opens again
during a closing manoeuvre:
) operate the control until the blind is fully open, )
then operate the control until the blind is fully closed. The safety anti-pinch function is not operational during these operations.
If the blind meets an obstacle during operation, you must reverse the movement of the blind. To do this, press the control concerned. When the driver operates the blind control, they must ensure that no one ispreventing correct closing of the blind.
The driver must ensure that passengersuse the blind correctly.
Be aware of children when operating the blind.
Reinitialisation
If power to the blind is cut off while it is moving,
the safety anti-pinch must be reinitialised: )operate the control until the blind is fully closed, )continue to press for at least 3 seconds.
A slight movement of the blind will then be
noticeable, confirming the reinitialisation.

Automatic day/night model
By means of a sensor, which measures the
light from the rear of the vehicle, this system
automatically and progressively changes
between the day and night uses.
Adjustable mirror providing a central rearwardview.
Equipped with an anti-dazzle system, whichdarkens the mirror glass: this reduces
the nuisance to the driver caused by the headlamps from following vehicles, low sun...
Rear view mirror
In order to ensure optimum visibility during your manoeuvres, the mirror lightens automatically when reverse gear is engaged.
Steering wheel adjustment
)When stationary, pull the control lever to yrelease the adjustment mechanism. )
Adjust the height and reach to suit your driving position. )
Push the control lever to lock theadjustment mechanism.
As a safety precaution, these operations should only be carried out while the vehicle is stationary.
As a safety measure, the mirrors shouldbe adjusted to reduce the "blind spot".
Seeing clearly
For better rear vision, align the bottom of the rear view mirror with the bottom of the rear screen.

Hill start assist
System which keeps your vehicle immobilised
temporaril
y (approximately 2 seconds) whenstarting on a gradient, the time it takes to move your foot from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal.
This function is only active when:
- t
he vehicle is completely stationary, withyour foot on the brake pedal,
- in particular conditions on a slope,
- with the driver’s door closed.
The hill start assist function cannot bedeactivated.
On an ascendin
g slope, with the vehiclestationary, the vehicle is held for a brief moment when you release the brake pedal,if the gear selector is in position A
or M.
On a descending slope, with the vehicle
stationary and reverse gear engaged, thevehicle is held for a brief moment when you release the brake pedal.
Do not exit the vehicle while it is beingheld in the hill star t assist phase.
If you need to exit the vehicle with the hybrid system active, apply the parkingbrake manually then ensure that theparking brake warning lamp and thewarning lamp P
on the lever (of the electric brake) are permanently on.
Operating fault
If a malfunction of the system occurs, these
warning lamps come on. Contact a CITROËN
dealer or a qualified workshop to have the
system checked.

own on releasing the brake pedal)in automated mode or in reverse. There are two drivin
g modes: -automatedmode for automatic control of
the gears by the gearbox,-manualmode for sequential gear changing by the driver.
In automated mode, it remains possible to change gear manually by using the steering mounted control paddles as desired, when
over taking, for example.
