Exterior
Parking sensors
This system measures the size of a free parking space between two vehicles or obstacles.
Stop & Start system
This system puts the engine temporarily into standby during stops in the traffic (traffic lights, traffic jams, etc...). The engine
restarts automatically as soon as you want to move off.
The Stop & Start system reduces fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, as well as noise levels when stationary.

Manual application/release
Manual applicationof the parking brake is possible by pulling

Automatic application/release
Press the accelerator pedal and let the clutch
pedal up (manual gearbox), the parking brakeis released automatically and progressively as you move off.
With the vehicle at rest, on switching off

gine the parking brake is applied

If you are towing a trailer or caravan or if the slope might vary (transpor t on a ferry, lorry, towing...) make a maximummanual application with a long pull onthe control lever Ato immobilise the vehicle.
