Deactivation of passenger's airbag
When you switch on the ignition, the airbag warninglamp M lights up if the passenger's airbag has beendeactivated.
Hazard warning lamps
Driver's seat belt fastening sensor
When you switch on the ignition, seat belt warning lamp L lights up accompanied by a sound signal if the driver has not fastened his seat belt.
Warning lampLgoes out when the seat belt has been fastened.

This function warns you of tyres that are defl ated or punctured.
Tyre defl ation alert:TheSERVICEwarning lamp comes on and a vehicle
outline is displayed.

If this warning lamp comes
on, it is reminding the driver to fasten his seat belt. While
the vehicle is stationary it remains on until the belt is fastened.

or lights up while you aredriving, this indicates a problem
with the depollution system.

Fuel low
When it comes on perma-nently on level ground, you have about8 l of fuel left.
Dependin
g on your driving style and your engine, you have enough
fuel left to drive approximately
30 miles (50 km). You must fi ll up as soon as possible.
The fuel tank has a capacit
y of about 72 litres.
Be careful to never drive until you run
out of fuel; it could damage the emis-sion control and injection systems.

As a matter of safety, the adjustments in your driving position must be made only while the vehicle is stationary.

THE WELCOME FUNCTION
As the driver’s door is opened
and with the ignition switched off,
the steering wheel moves in order
to
facilitate entering or exiting the
vehicle.
Yo u can activate or deactivate thisfunction by going to the "Personali-sation-Confi guration" menu of themultifunction screen.

SEAT BELTS NOT FASTENED/
UNFASTENED WARNING LAMPS
OPERATION
The driver's and the front and rear passengers' seats have sensors
that detect non-fastening/unfas-
tening of the seat belts.
The fastened/non-fastened status
of the seat belts for each type of seat is indicated by the illumination
or fl ashing of the warning lamps 1,2 and 3.
FUNCTIONING OF THE SYSTEM OF DETECTION
Driver's and front passenger's seats
When you switch on the ignition:If the driver's seat belt is not fastened, the warning lamp 1 illuminates in
the instrument panel.
If the passenger's seat belt is not fastened, the warning lamp3lights up.
Above 20 km
/h (12 mph), the warning lamp fl ashes for non-fastening/unfas-
tening, accompanied by a message and a sound signal for around 2 minutes.
Then the warning lamp(s)1and/or 3remain on.
Rear passenger's seats
When you switch on the ignition, warning lamp2lights up to make the driver
and any passengers aware.
Once the doors are closed and the engine started, a message tells you thefastening status of the rear belts for 30 seconds.
A
fter this time, if one or more of the rear belts are not fastened:Warning lamp 2comes on, if your speed is less than around 20 km/h(12 mph).Warning lamp 2 fl ashes, accompanied by a message and a sound signalfor about two minutes, if your speed is above around 20 km/h (12 mph).Note:The detection of non-fastening of rear seat belts is deactivated whenyou switch off the ignition or if one of the vehicle's doors is opened.
A child seat installed on the front passenger's seat may not bedetected.
