Folding

From outside: lock the vehicle using the remote control or the key.

From inside: with the ignition on, pull the control A

position rearwards.
If the mirrors are folded using control A
, they will not unfold when
the vehicle is unlocked. Pull again on control A

Unfolding

From outside: unlock the vehicle using the remote control or the key.

The folding and unfolding of the door mirrors using the remote
control can be deactivated by a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualifi ed
workshop.
Never fold or unfold the electric folding mirrors manually.
Automatic tilting in reverse gear
System which provides a view of the ground during parking
manoeuvres in reverse gear.
Programming

With the engine running, engage reverse gear.
)
Select and adjust the left-hand and right-hand mirrors in
succession.
The adjustment is stored immediately.
Switching on
)
With the engine running, engage reverse gear.

Move control A
to the right or to the left to select the
corresponding mirror.
The glass of the mirror selected tilts downwards, in accordance
with its programming.
Switching off

Exit reverse gear and wait ten seconds.

to the central position.
The mirror glass returns to its initial position.
The mirror glass also returns to its initial position:
- if the speed exceeds 6 mph (10 km/h),
- if the engine is switched off.

REAR VIEW MIRROR
Adjustable mirror providing a central rearward view.
Equipped with an anti-dazzle system, which darkens the mirror glass:
this reduces the nuisance to the driver caused by the headlamps
from following vehicles, low sun...
Manual day/night model
Adjustment

Adjust the mirror so that the glass is directed correctly
in the "day" position.
Day/night position
)
Pull the lever to change to the "night" anti-dazzle position.
)
Push the lever to change to the normal "day" position.
As a safety measure, the mirrors should be adjusted to reduce
the "blind spot".
Automatic day/night model
In order to ensure optimum visibility during your manoeuvres,
the mirror lightens automatically when reverse gear is engaged.
By means of a sensor, which measures the light from the rear of the
vehicle, this system automatically and progressively changes between
the day and night uses.
Due to the curve of the rear screen, the image in the rear view
mirror may be slightly distorted; take this into account when
manoeuvring the vehicle.

AUTOMATIC ILLUMINATION OF HEADLAMPS
The sidelamps and dipped beam headlamps are switched on automatically,
without any action on the part of the driver, when a low level of external light is
detected or in certain cases of activation of the windscreen wipers.
As soon as the brightness returns to a suffi cient level or after the windscreen
wipers are switched off, the lamps are switched off automatically.
Activation
)
Turn the ring to the "AUTO"
position. The automatic illumination of
headlamps is accompanied by a message in the screen.
Deactivation
)
Turn the ring to another position. Deactivation is accompanied by a
message in the screen.
Associated with the automatic "Guide-me-home" lighting
Association with the automatic lighting provides the "guide-me-home"
lighting with the following additional options:
- selection of the lighting duration of 15, 30 or 60 seconds in
the vehicle parameters in the vehicle confi guration menu,
- automatic activation of "guide-me-home" lighting when automatic
lillumination of headlamps is in operation.
Operating fault
In the event of a malfunction of the sunshine sensor,
the lighting comes on, this warning lamp is displayed in
the instrument panel and/or a message appears in the
screen, accompanied by an audible signal.
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualifi ed workshop.
In fog or snow, the sunshine sensor may detect suffi cient light.
In this case, the lighting will not come on automatically.
Do not cover the sunshine sensor, coupled with the rain sensor
and located in the centre of the windscreen behind the rear view
mirror; the associated functions would no longer be controlled.

VISIBILITY
AUTOMATIC RAIN SENSITIVE WINDSCREEN WIPERS
The windscreen wipers operate automatically, without any action on the
part of the driver, if rain is detected (sensor behind the rear view mirror),
adapting their speed to the intensity of the rainfall.
Activation
This is controlled manually by the driver by pushing the stalk
downwards to the "AUTO"
position.
It is accompanied by a message in the screen.
Switching off
This is controlled manually by the driver by moving the stalk upwards
then returning it to position "0"
.
It is accompanied by a message in the screen.
Operating fault
If an automatic wiping malfunction occurs, the wipers will operate in
intermittent mode.
Have it checked by a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualifi ed workshop. The automatic rain sensitive wipers must be reactivated if
the ignition has been off for more than one minute, by pushing
the stalk downwards.
Do not cover the rain sensor, linked with the sunshine sensor
and located in the centre of the windscreen behind the rear view
mirror.
Switch off the automatic rain sensitive wipers when using an
automatic car wash.
In winter, to avoid damaging the wiper blades, it is advisable
to wait until the windscreen is completely clear of ice before
activating the automatic rain sensitive wipers.
