locator and a panic alarm fe ature,
activa ted v ia button U.
To aid location of the vehicle, e.g. when the
ve hicle is park ed in a car park, pres s and

three times and the hazard warning lamps
and c ourte sy lamps will flas h thre e tim es .
To activa te the panic alarm, pres s and
hold the button for 3 se conds; the horn will
s ound and the hazard w arning lam ps and
courtes y lam ps will flash for 3 0 se conds.
Press button U a gain to sw itc h off the
panic alarm, or turn ke y in ignition s witch to
pos ition ACC or I.

or press the switch for longer.
For automatic ope ning , pre ss the switch
down fully . Pull the s witch to s top the
movem ent.
In the e vent of difficulty due to frost or
the like , pre ss the re lev ant wind ow sw itc h
several tim es until the window is closed.The pass e nge r’s window is operate d via a
switch in the door handle.
F or inc re me nta l operation, brie fly pull or
press the switch. To open or close fully, pull
