High mounted stop light replacement
If the light does not operate, have the
vehicle checked by an authorized KIA
dealer.License plate light bulb replace- ment
1. Open the trunk.
2. Loosen the retaining screws of the trunklid cover and then remove the cover.
3. Remove the bulb by pulling it straight out.
4. Install a new bulb.
5. Reinstall the trunk lid cover by pushing in the screw.
Interior light bulb replacement
1. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, gently pry the lens from the interior light housing.
2. Remove the bulb by pulling it straight out.

3. Install a new bulb in the socket.
4. Align the lens tabs with the interior
light housing notches and snap the
lens into place.
5. If the map lamp and room lamp (Type B) does not operate, have the vehicle
checked by an authorized KIA dealer.
CAUTION
Use care not to dirty or damage
lens, lens tab, and plastic housings.
