11-6 Service and Maintenance
.All‐wheel‐drive vehicles only:
Transfer case fluid change
(severe service) for vehicles
mainly driven in heavy city traffic
in hot weather, in hilly or
mountainous terrain, when
frequently towing a trailer,
or used for taxi, police,
or delivery service. During any
maintenance, if a power washer
is used to clean mud and dirt
from the underbody, care should
be taken to not directly spray the
transfer case output seals. High
pressure water can overcome
the seals and contaminate
the transfer case fluid.
Contaminated fluid will decrease
the life of the transfer case and
should be replaced.
.CTS‐V only: Rear axle fluid
change (severe service only) for
vehicles mainly driven in hilly or
mountainous terrain, when
frequently towing a trailer, used
for high speed or competitivedriving, or used for taxi, police,

First Engine Oil Change After
Every 160 000 km/100,000 Miles

Identification Number (VIN), and
delivery date of the vehicle
.Description of the problem
Coverage
Services are provided up to 5 years/
160 000 km (100,000 miles),
whichever comes first.
In the U.S., anyone driving the
vehicle is covered. In Canada, a
person driving the vehicle without
permission from the owner is not
covered.
Roadside Service is not a part of the
New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
Cadillac and General Motors of
Canada Limited reserve the right to
make any changes or discontinue
the Roadside Service program at
any time without notification.
Cadillac and General Motors of
Canada Limited reserve the right to
limit services or payment to an
owner or driver if they decide the
claims are made too often, or the
same type of claim is made many
times.
