the side of each front seat, to switch
on and select the level of heating re-
quired:
0 : Off.
1 : Low.
2 : Medium.
3 : High

lever to release the steering wheel.
Adjust the height and reach to suit
your driving position.
Push the control lever to lock the
steering wheel.
As a safety precaution, these op-

STATIC DIRECTIONAL LIGHTING
When the dipped or main beam headlam-
ps are on, this function enables the beam
to light the inside of the turn with an addi-
tional angle of approximately 30°.
The use of this lighting is optimum above
all at low and average speed (city driv-
i n g , w i n d i n g r o a d s , . . . ) .

Switching on
The system is switched on from a cer-
tain speed and a certain angle of rota-
tion of the steering wheel.

To avoid causing a nuisance to other
road users, the height of the headlamps
should be adjusted in relation to the
load in the vehicle.

Switching off
The system is switched off below a
certain angle of rotation of the steering
wheel.
It is switched off when reverse gear is
