On/Off
With the ignition key in
the accessories posi-
tion or with the ignition
on, press this button to
switch the audio equipment on or off.
After the engine has been switched
off, the audio equipment can only ope-
rate for approximately 30 minutes, to
prevent discharging of the battery.
Press the upper part
of this button several
times in succession to
increase the volume
of the audio equip-
ment or the lower part
of this button to de-
crease it.
Volume adjustment

to the bass (BASS) ,

button.
The audio equipment controls enable
you to adjust the volume and the au-
dio settings.
To exit from the AUX source, press
AM/FM .
When using an MP3 player: increase
t h e v o l u m e o f t h e r a d i o s i g n i fi c a n t l y
(between 30 and 60) to obtain a satis-
factory playing volume.

Unclip the cover, pressing on the
right on lug E , to gain access to
the fuses. Your vehicle's electrical
circuit is designed to operate
with standard or optional
equipment.
Before installing other electrical
equipment or accessories on your
vehicle, contact a PEUGEOT dealer

The tweezer A and the replacement
fuses B a r e fi x e d a t t h e f r o n t o f t h e
box.
W h e n y o u h a v e fi n i s h e d , c l o s e t h e
cover very carefully. Some electrical accessories or the
w a y i n w h i c h t h e y a r e fi t t e d m a y h a v e
an adverse effect on the operation
of your vehicle (audio circuits,
control circuit and electrical charging
circuit).
PEUGEOT will not accept any re-
sponsibility for the costs incurred in
repairing your vehicle or for the mal-
functions resulting from the installa-
tion of auxiliary accessories which
were not supplied or recommended
by PEUGEOT and which were not
installed in accordance with its in-
structions, in particular in the case of
any equipment the consumption of

recommendation and warranty. Installation of radio
communication transmitters
Before installing any after-market
radio communication transmitter, you
can contact a PEUGEOT dealer for the
s p e c i fi c a t i o n o f t r a n s m i t t e r s w h i c h c a n
b e fi t t e d ( f r e q u e n c y , m a x i m u m p o w e r ,
a e r i a l p o s i t i o n , s p e c i fi c i n s t a l l a t i o n
requirements), in line with
the
Vehicle Electromagnetic Compatibility
Directive (2004/104/EC).
Depending on the legislation
in force in the country, it may
be compulsory to have a high
visibility safety vest, warning
triangle and spare bulbs and fuses
available in the vehicle.
T h e fi t t i n g o f e l e c t r i c a l e q u i p m e n t
or accessories which are not
recommended by PEUGEOT may
result in a failure of your vehicle's
electronic system and excessive
electrical consumption.
