Rear fog lamp failed Have the rear fog lamp checked.
Headlamp beam throw adjustment

Coolant level too low Add coolant immediately, page118.
Engine oil pressure too low Stop immediately and switch off the
engine. You cannot continue your
journey. Contact your MINI dealer.
