2010 Acura TSX lights

Remove the socket from the
headlight assembly by turning it
one-quarter turn counterclockwise.
To remove the burned out bulb,
push it in and turn it
counterclockwise until it unlocks.
Use a f lat-tip screwdriver to
remove the holding clip f rom the
inner f ender, and remove the
screw with a Phillips-head
screwdriver.
Pull the inner f ender cover away
f rom the f ender and bumper.
To change the bulb on the driver’s
side, start the engine, turn the
steering wheel all the way to the
right, then turn of f the engine. To
change the bulb on the passenger’s
side, turn the steering wheel to the
lef t.

Turn on the lights to make sure
the new bulb is working. Insert the socket back into the
headlight assembly. Turn it
clockwise to lock it in place. Install the new bulb and turn it
clockwise to lock it in place.
Put the inner f ender cover in place.
Install the holding clip. Lock it in
placebypushingonthecenter.
Tighten the screw securely.Open the trunk.
Remove the light assembly cover
by pulling its outside edge.Remove the socket by turning it
one-quarter turn counterclockwise,
and pull the bulb straight out of its
socket. Determine which of the three
bulbs is burned out: stop/taillight,
rear side-marker, or turn signal
light.

Push a new bulb straight into the
socket until it bottoms, and
reinstall the socket into the light
assembly by turning it clockwise
until it locks.
Testthenewbulbtomakesureit
works.
Reinstall the light assembly cover.Pull back the appropriate corner of
the trunk lid lining caref ully.
Open the trunk.
Toreplaceabulboneitherside,
remove the two f asteners on the
left side, or a fastener on the right
side.

into the socket until it bottoms.Turn on the lights to make sure
the new bulb is working.
Reinstall the trunk lid lining. Make
sure it is installed under the edge
of the trunk seal. Insert the socket back into the
light assembly. Turn it clockwise
to lock it in place.
Install the f asteners.
Each outside mirror has side turn
signal lights. The lights should be
replaced by your dealer.
The license plate has two lights
above it. The bulbs should be
replaced by your dealer.

Pull the bulb straight out of its
socket. Push the new bulb straight
into the socket until it bottoms. Open the trunk, and remove the
socket f rom the light assembly by
turning it one-quarter turn counter-
clockwise.Reinstall the socket. Turn it

Remove the three holding clips
with a flat-tip screwdriver.
Pull down the under cover f rom
the bumper caref ully.
Your vehicle uses halogen light
bulbs. When replacing a bulb, handle
it by its plastic case, and protect the
glass from contact with your skin or
hard objects. If you touch the glass,
clean it with denatured alcohol and a
clean cloth.
Thefoglightswereproperlyaimed
when your vehicle was new. If you
regularly carry heavy items in the
trunk or pull a trailer, readjustment
may be required. Adjustment should
be done by your dealer or another
qualif ied technician.

HOLDING CLIPS
UNDER COVER
Halogen bulbs get very hot when lit. Oil,
perspiration, or a scratch on the glass
can cause the bulb to overheat and
shatter.

Remove the electrical connector
f rom the bulb by pushing on the
tab and pulling the connector
down.
Remove the bulb f rom the f og
light assembly by turning it one-
quarter turn counterclockwise.Install the new bulb into the hole
and turn it one-quarter turn
clockwise to lock it in place.
Push the electrical connector back
onto the bulb. Make sure it is on
all the way.
Turn on the f og lights to test the
new bulb.
Reinstall the holding clips, and
push in the head of each clip.

If you have a f lat tire while driving,
stop in a saf e place to change it.
Drive slowly along the shoulder until
you get to an exit or an area that is
far away from the traffic lanes.Open the trunk. Pull up the handle
on the trunk f loor lid. Raise the lid
by lif ting it up with the handle,
then hook the handle to the trunk
opening to keep the lid open.
Park the vehicle on f irm, level, and
non-slippery ground. Put the
transmission in Park (automatic)
or reverse (manual). Apply the
parking brake.
Turn on the hazard warning lights,
and turn the ignition switch to the
LOCK (0) position. Have all
passengers get out of the vehicle
while you change the tire.

changing a tire exactly, and
never get under the vehicle
