PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Repair procedure
1. Sealing
Avoid removing any foreign bod-
ies which have penetrated into the
tyre. Take care, this product is harmful
(e.g. ethylene-glycol, colophony...)
if swallowed and causes irritation
to the eyes.
Keep it out of reach of children.
Switch off the ignition.
Turn the selector A to the
"SEALANT" position.
Check that the switch B is in
position "O" .
Uncoil the white pipe G fully.
Unscrew the cap from the white
pipe.
Connect the white pipe to the valve
of the tyre to be repaired.

p l u g t o t h e v e h i c l e ' s 1 2 V s o c k e t .
Start the vehicle and leave the en-
gine running.

Removing the cartridge
Stow the black pipe.
Detach the angled base from the
white pipe.
Support the compressor vertically.
Unscrew the cartridge from the bottom.

cated on the cartridge.
The sealant cartridge is designed
for single use; even if only partly
used, it must be replaced.
After use, do not discard the car-
tridge into the environment, take
it to an authorised waste disposal
site or a CITROËN dealer.
Do not forget to obtain a new
sealant cartridge, available from
CITROËN dealers. Checking tyre pressures/
inflating accessories
You can also use the compressor, with-
out injecting any product, to:
- check or adjust the pressure of your
tyres,
- i n fl a t e o t h e r a c c e s s o r i e s .
Turn the selector A to the
"Air" position.
Uncoil the black pipe H fully.
Connect the black pipe to
the valve of the wheel or accessory.
I f n e c e s s a r y , fi t o n e o f t h e a d a p t o r s s u p p l i e d w i t h t h e k i t fi r s t .
C o n n e c t t h e c o m p r e s s o r ' s e l e c t r i -
c a l c o n n e c t o r t o t h e v e h i c l e ' s 1 2 V
socket.
Start the vehicle and let the engine
run.
Adjust the pressure using the com-
p r e s s o r ( t o i n fl a t e : s w i t c h B in po-
sition "I" ; t o d e fl a t e : s w i t c h B in
position "O" and press button C ),
a c c o r d i n g t o t h e v e h i c l e ' s t y r e p r e s -
s u r e l a b e l o r t h e a c c e s s o r y ' s p r e s -
sure label.
Remove the kit then stow it.
