STEERING WHEEL ADJUSTMENT
The height and depth of the steering
wheel can be adjusted to adapt the
driving position to the size of the driver.
A d j u s t m e n t
W h e n s t a t i o n a r y , pull the control to
unlock the steering wheel.
Adjust the height and depth.
Push the control to lock the steering
wheel.
As a safety precaution, it is impera-
tive that these operations are carried
out while the vehicle is stationary.
In order to guarantee optimum visibility when manoeuvring the vehicle, the
mirror lightens automatically when
reverse gear is engaged.

System which automatically and pro-
gressively changes between day and
night use.
In order to prevent dazzle, the interior
mirror glass darkens automatically de-
pending on the intensity of the light from
the rear.
It lightens when the light (light beam of
following vehicles, sun...) decreases, so
guaranteeing optimum visibility. S w i t c h i n g o n
Switch on the ignition and press
switch 1 .
The indicator lamp 2 comes on and the
mirror operates automatically.
S w i t c h i n g o f f
Press switch 1 .
The indicator lamp 2 switches off and
the mirror remains in its lightest state.

This number is etched on the body- work near the damper support.
To gain access to it, raise the plastic cover.
B. Chassis number on the wind-
screen lower crossmember.
This number is indicated on a gummed label which is visible
through the windscreen.
C. Manufacturer's label.
This number is indicated on a self- d e s t r o y i n g l a b e l a f fi x e d t o t h e d o o r
aperture, below the door striker, on
the right-hand side.
D. Tyre/paint label.
T h i s l a b e l i s a f fi x e d t o t h e d o o r a p e r - ture, on the driver's side.
It bears the following information:
- t h e t y r e i n fl a t i o n p r e s s u r e s w i t h a n d without load,
- the wheel rim and tyre sizes,
- the brands of tyre recommended by the manufacturer,
- t h e i n fl a t i o n p r e s s u r e o f t h e s p a r e wheel,
- the paint colour reference.
