If the vehicle is locked or dead-
locked from the outside, the red in-
d i c a t o r l a m p fl a s h e s a n d b u t t o n A
is inactive.
In this case, use the remote
control or the key to unlock the
vehicle.
If one of the doors or the boot or
rear screen is open, the automat-
ic central locking does not take
place.
Manual centralised control
System which provides full manual
locking or unlocking of the doors from
the inside.
Locking
Press button A to lock the vehicle.
The red indicator lamp on the button
comes on. Automatic centralised control
System which provides full automatic
locking or unlocking of the doors, boot
and rear screen while driving.
You can activate or deactivate this function.
Activation
Press button A for more than
two seconds.

Unlocking
Above 6 mph (10 km/h), press but-
ton A to unlock the doors, the boot
and the rear screen temporarily.
If one of the doors is open, the cen-
tral locking from the inside does not

vehicle.

switches off. Locking
When the speed exceeds 6 mph
(10 km/h), the doors, the boot and the
rear screen lock automatically.
Deactivation

two seconds.

Opening
After unlocking the vehicle using
the remote control or the key, with
the boot closed, press the control B
and raise the rear screen using the
base C of the wiper arm.
The boot and the rear screen cannot
both be open at the same time. Closing
Close the rear screen by pressing at
the centre of the glass.
If the rear screen is not closed correctly:
- when the engine is running ,
this warning lamp comes on,
accompanied by a message
on the multifunction screen
for a few seconds,

when the vehicle is moving (speed
above 6 mph (10 km/h)), this warning
lamp comes on, accompanied by an
audible signal and a message on the
multifunction screen for a few seconds.
BOOT (SW)
If the rear screen is open, the central
locking does not take place.

Therefore, the lighting will not come
on automatically.
Do not cover the brightness sen-
sor, coupled with the rain sensor
and located in the centre of the
windscreen behind the interior mir-
ror; the associated functions would
no longer be controlled.
Coupling with the "Guide-me-home"
lighting
Association with the automatic lighting
provides the "guide-me-home" lighting
with the following additional options:
- selection of the lighting duration to
15, 30 or 60 seconds in the vehi-
cle parameters on the multifunction
s c r e e n c o n fi g u r a t i o n m e n u ,
- automatic activation of "guide-me- home" lighting when automatic lighting
is in operation.
Automatic lighting
The sidelamps and dipped beam head-
lamps are switched on automatically,
without any action on the part of the
driver, when a low level of external light
is detected (sensor behind the interior
m i r r o r ) o r w h e n t h e w i n d s c r e e n w i p e r s
are switched on.
As soon as the brightness returns to a
s u f fi c i e n t l e v e l o r a f t e r t h e w i n d s c r e e n
wipers are switched off, the lighting is
switched off automatically.
"Guide-me-home" lighting
porarily, after switching off the vehicle's ignition, to make the driver's exit easier in poor light.
Activation
With the ignition off, activate a
" h e a d l a m p fl a s h " u s i n g s t a l k B .
A s e c o n d " h e a d l a m p fl a s h " s w i t c h e s the function off again.
Switching off
The "fguide-me-home" lighting is switched
off automatically following the door lock-
ing command, after a given time. Activation
Turn ring A to the " AUTO " position.
The automatic lighting is accompanied
by a message on the multifunction
screen. Operating fault
In the event of a malfunction of
the brightness sensor, the light-
ing comes on accompanied by
the service warning lamp, an
audible signal and a message on the
multifunction screen.
Have it checked by a PEUGEOT dealer.
Daytime running lamps *
O n v e h i c l e s fi t t e d w i t h d a y t i m e r u n n i n g
lamps, the dipped headlamps come on
when the vehicle is started.
This indicator lamp comes on
on the instrument panel.
The instruments and controls (instru-
ment panel, multifunction screen, air

lit, unless the automatic lighting mode
is activated or the lighting is switched

Permanent lighting.
It switches off gradually:
- when the vehicle is locked,
- when the ignition is switched on,
- 30 seconds after the last door is closed.

"ISOFIX" MOUNTINGS
Y o u r v e h i c l e h a s b e e n a p p r o v e d i n a c c o r d -ance with the new ISOFIX regulation .
T h e s e a t s , r e p r e s e n t e d b e l o w , a r e fi t t e d with regulation ISOFIX mountings:
These are three rings for each seat:
- two rings A , located between the v e h i c l e s e a t b a c k a n d c u s h i o n , i n d i -cated by a label,
- a ring B , f o r fi x i n g t h e u p p e r s t r a p referred to as the TOP TETHER .
T h i s I S O F I X m o u n t i n g s y s t e m g u a r a n - t e e s y o u f a s t , r e l i a b l e a n d s a f e fi t t i n g o f the child seat in your vehicle.
The ISOFIX child seats a r e fi t t e d w i t h two locks which are secured easily on the two rings A .
Some also have an upper strap which is attached to ring B .
To attach this strap, raise the vehicle seat's head restraint then pass the hook b e t w e e n i t s r o d s . T h e n fi x t h e h o o k o n ring B and tighten the upper strap.
