If this is displayed, linked with
the service warning light, it indi-
cates the start of saturation of the par-
t i c l e e m i s s i o n fi l t e r o r a l o w d i e s e l a d d i -
tive reservoir level.
A s s o o n a s t r a f fi c c o n d i t i o n s p e r m i t , r e -
g e n e r a t e t h e fi l t e r b y d r i v i n g a t a s p e e d
of at least 40 mph (60 km/h) until the
service warning light is switched off.
If the service warning light is still displayed,
the additive level is low. Have it topped up
by a PEUGEOT dealer without delay.
D e fl a t e d w h e e l .
If this is displayed, it indicates
a n i n s u f fi c i e n t p r e s s u r e i n o n e
or more wheels.
Check the pressure of the tyres as soon
as possible. Punctured wheel.
If this is displayed, it indicates
that one or more wheels are
punctured. Stop the vehicle
immediately and as safely as
possible.
Change the damaged wheel and have it
repaired by a PEUGEOT dealer.
T y r e u n d e r - i n fl a t i o n
detection.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault on one
o f t h e s e n s o r s o r i n t h e t y r e u n d e r - i n fl a -
tion detection system.
It may also indicate the absence of a
sensor when the spare wheel, which
d o e s n o t h a v e a s e n s o r , i s fi t t e d i n p l a c e
of a punctured wheel.
Automatic switching on of
the lights.
If this comes on, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault in the
automatic switching on of the
lights.
Use the other positions of the lights
stalk.
Visual and/or audible
parking assistance.
If this comes on, in forward and/
or reverse gear, it indicates a
fault in the parking assistance
system.
6-speed piloted manual
gearbox or automatic
gearbox.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault in the 6-speed
p i l o t e d m a n u a l g e a r b o x o r a u t o m a t i c
g e a r b o x . T h e g e a r b o x w i l l t h e n o p e r a t e i n
down-grade mode, locked on 3rd gear.
Invalid value.
If this is displayed, it indicates
the occurrence of a fault in the
programme of the 6-speed pi-
l o t e d m a n u a l g e a r b o x o r a u t o -
m a t i c g e a r b o x .
Position P or N.
If this is displayed, it indicates
that the gear lever must be
placed in position
P or N in or-
der to start the engine.

SAFETY
TYRE UNDER-INFLATION DETECTION
System which automatically checks the
pressure of the tyres while driving. All repairs and changing of tyres on
a w h e e l fi t t e d w i t h t h i s s y s t e m m u s t
be carried out by a PEUGEOT
dealer.
If, when changing a tyre, you install
a wheel which is not detected by
y o u r v e h i c l e ( e x a m p l e : fi t t i n g o f
snow tyres), you must have the
system reinitialised by a PEUGEOT
dealer.
This system does not eliminate
the need to have the tyre pres-
sure checked regularly (refer to the
" I d e n t i fi c a t i o n f e a t u r e s " p a r a g r a p h )
to ensure that the optimum dynamic
performance of the vehicle is main-
tained and prevent premature wear
of the tyres, particularly in arduous
driving conditions (heavy load, high
speed).
The tyre pressures must be checked
cold, at least once a month. Re-
member to check the pressure of
the spare wheel.
T h e t y r e u n d e r - i n fl a t i o n d e t e c t i o n
s y s t e m m a y e x p e r i e n c e t e m p o r a r y
interference due to radioelectric
emissions on a frequency close to
that used by the system.
S e n s o r s fi t t e d i n e a c h v a l v e t r i g g e r a
warning in the event of malfunction
(speed above 12 mph (20 km/h)).
This warning light is displayed
on the instrument panel and/or
a message appears on the mul-
tifunction display, accompanied
by an audible signal, to locate
the wheel concerned.
Check the tyre pressures as soon
as possible.
This check must be carried out when
the tyres are cold.
Flat tyre
The
STOP warning light comes on
and/or this warning light is displayed
on the instrument panel, accom-
panied by an audible signal and a
message on the multifunction dis-
play locating the wheel concerned.
Stop immediately, avoiding any sud-
den movement of the steering wheel
and the brakes.
Change the damaged wheel (punc-
t u r e d o r v e r y d e fl a t e d t y r e ) , a n d
have the tyre pressure checked as
soon as possible.
Puncture
T h e t y r e u n d e r - i n fl a t i o n d e t e c t i o n
system is an aid to driving which does
not replace the need for the driver to
be vigilant or to drive responsibly. Sensor(s) not detected or faulty
This warning light is displayed
on the instrument panel and/or
a message appears on the mul-
tifunction display, accompanied
by an audible signal, to locate the wheel
or wheels which are not detected or to
indicate a fault in the system.
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer to replace
the faulty sensor(s).
This message is also displayed
when one of the wheels is away
from the vehicle (being repaired) or
when one or more wheels without a
s e n s o r a r e fi t t e d .

a sensor.
