press the dedicated "RADIO" ,
"MUSIC" , "NAV" , "TRAFFIC" ,
"SETUP" or "PHONE" button to
gain access to the corresponding
menu,
turn the navigator to move the
selection,
p r e s s t h e n a v i g a t o r t o c o n fi r m t h e
selection,
or
press the "ESC" button to abandon
the current operation and return to

Access to the retractable screen
Opening the screen
With the screen stored, press
control A to open it.
T h e s c r e e n o p e n s a u t o m a t i c a l l y w h e n
the ignition is switched on, when the
a u d i o a n d t e l e m a t i c s s y s t e m i s s w i t c h e d
on, when an outgoing telephone call is
made, when a voice command is given
and when a warning message linked
with the STOP warning light is received.
This screen is opened and stored auto-
m a t i c a l l y .

a n d a d j u s t i t u s i n g t h e v a r i o u s m a n u a l

With the screen open, press con-
trol A to store it.

on or off, the screen must not be
closed when the audio and telema-
t i c s s y s t e m i s o p e r a t i n g . W h e n t h e s c r e e n i s o p e n , y o u c a n
a d j u s t i t p r e c i s e l y i n d i f f e r e n t w a y s :
press the corresponding part of con-
trol B to move the screen towards
y o u o r t o w a r d s t h e w i n d s c r e e n ,
or

Adjusting the position of the screen
S a f e t y a u t o - r e v e r s e
If the screen meets an obstacle as it
opens or closes, the movement stops
i m m e d i a t e l y a n d i s r e v e r s e d b y a f e w
millimetres.
After clearing the obstacle, issue the
command required again. Storing the position of the screen
T h e s y s t e m h a s f o u r p r e - s e t p o s i t i o n s
i n i t s m e m o r y .
Each time the screen is closed, the
s y s t e m s t o r e s t h e l a s t p o s i t i o n o f t h e
screen.
Each time the screen is re-opened, the
s y s t e m r e t u r n s t h e s c r e e n t o t h e p r e - s e t
position closest to that stored.
I f y o u c l o s e t h e s c r e e n d u r i n g o p e r a -
t i o n o f t h e a u d i o a n d t e l e m a t i c s s y s -
t e m , i t w i l l o n l y r e - o p e n a u t o m a t i c a l l y
when an outgoing telephone call is
made, when a voice command is
given or when a warning message
linked with the STOP warning light is
received.

COMFORT
When the engine is cold, to prevent
too great a distribution of cold air,
t h e a i r fl o w w i l l r e a c h i t s o p t i m u m
level gradually.
In cold weather, it favours the distri-
bution of warm air to the windscreen,
side windows and footwells only. On entering the vehicle, if the inte-
rior temperature is much colder or
warmer than the comfort value, there
is no need to change the value dis-
played in order to obtain the comfort
required. The system corrects the
difference in temperature automati-
cally and as quickly as possible.
The air conditioning only operates when
the engine is running. The driver and his front
passenger can each adjust
the temperature to their
requirements.
Turn control 2 or 3 to the left or to
the right respectively to decrease or
increase this value.
A setting around the value 21 provides
optimum comfort. However, depending
on your requirements, a setting between
18 and 24 is normal.
You are advised to avoid a left/right
setting difference of more than 3. 4. Automatic visibility programme
The automatic comfort pro-
g r a m m e m a y n o t b e s u f fi c i e n t
to quickly demist or de-ice the
windscreen and side windows
(humidity, several passengers,
ice, etc.).
In this case, select the automatic
visibility programme.
The system automatically controls the
a i r c o n d i t i o n i n g , t h e a i r fl o w a n d t h e a i r
intake and provides optimum distri bution
of the ventilation to the windscreen and
side windows.
Automatic operation
Press the "AUTO" button.
The indicator light on the

DUAL ZONE AUTOMATIC AIR CONDITIONING
We recommend the use of this mode:
it permits automatic and optimised
adjustment of all of the functions, pas-
senger compartment temperature,
a i r fl o w , a i r d i s t r i b u t i o n a n d a i r r e c i r c u -
lation, in accordance with the comfort
value that you have chosen.
This system is designed to operate
effectively in all seasons, with auto matic
a d a p t a t i o n i n t h e " c a b r i o l e t " c o n fi g u r a t i o n . The value indicated on the display
corresponds to a level of comfort and
not to a temperature in degrees Celsius
or Fahrenheit.
To switch it off, press the "visibility"
button again or press the "AUTO"
button, the indicator light on the button
switches off and the indicator light on
the "AUTO" button comes on.

Pull the windstop forwards to release
the guides from the points, located
behind each corner of the back of the
rear bench seat.
Fold the windstop frame guides. Storing

Raise the boot carpet and hook its
handle on the boot seal.
Store the folded windstop in the
corresponding recess in the box.
Lower the boot carpet.

Stow the folded windstop securing it
using the luggage retaining net.
Fold the windstop closing the
two large parts on themselves.
Unclip each end individually.
Fold each of the two parts on them-

When the engine is running, the neck
heaters, located in the head restraint of
the front seats, can be controlled sepa-
rately to produce heated blown air. Heated seats control
With the engine running, the front seats
can be heated separately.
Use the adjustment dial, placed on
the side of each front seat, to switch
on and select the level of heating
required:
0
: Off.
1
: Low.
2
: Medium.
3
: High.
Use the corresponding adjustment
dial, placed on the centre console,
t o s e t t h e t e m p e r a t u r e a n d fl o w o f
blown air required:
0: Off.
1: Low.
2: Medium.
3: High.
Use the direction dial, placed on
each vent, to direct the output of the
blown air upwards, to the centre or
downwards.
The blown air arrives after a few
seconds to avoid a sudden change
between the exterior temperature
and the temperature required. Do not use the neck heater if a
child seat is installed on the front
passenger seat.

The objects observed are, in reality,
closer than they appear.
Take this into account in order to
correctly judge the distance of
vehicles approaching from behind.
MIRRORS
E x t e r i o r m i r r o r s
E a c h fi t t e d w i t h a n a d j u s t a b l e m i r r o r
permitting the lateral rearward vision
necessary for overtaking or parking.
They can also be folded for parking in
c o n fi n e d s p a c e s . Folding
from outside; lock the vehicle using
the remote control or the key.
from inside; with the ignition on, pull
control A rearwards.
The folding and unfolding of the
exterior mirrors using the remote
control can be deactivated by a
PEUGEOT dealer.

Unfolding
from outside; unlock the vehicle
using the remote control or the key.
from inside; with the ignition on, pull
control A rearwards.
If the mirrors are folded using
control
A , they will not unfold when
the vehicle is unlocked. Control A
must be pulled again.
Move control A to the right or to the left
to select the corresponding mirror.
Move control B in all four directions
to adjust.
Return control A to the central position.
