The rear seat entertainment system pl ays videos and sound when audio-video
equipment is connected to the A/V input ad apter. For details, refer to the manufac-
turer’s instructions.

The power outlet is used to connect the audio device. ( P. 2 7 2 )

■When the A/V input adapter is not in use
Keep the A/V input adapter cover closed.
Inserting anything other than an appropri ate plug may cause electrical failure or
short circuit.

Rear seat entertainment system controller
■If the batteries are discharged
The following symptoms may occur.
●The rear seat entertainment system control will not function properly.
●The operational range is reduced.
■Use 3 AA batteries
●Batteries can be purchased at your Lexus dealer, jewelers, or camera stores.
●Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by a Lexus dealer.
●Dispose of used batteries according to the local laws.
Replace the batteries if they are discharged.
■Necessary items
3 AA batteries
■ Replacing the battery
Remove the cover.
Remove the depleted batteries
and install the new batteries.
