The red light on button 3 should no longer be visible - if not, push the seat all the way back.
Pull control 3 forwards to unlock the backrest 2.Move the backrest 2.
P i n c h t h e s e a t c u s h i o n fi x i n g s t o remove them from their fasteners.
When repositioning:Fold the backrest 2 back up and lock it into place (the red light on button 3 should go out).Fold up the seat cushion 1.
Replace the head restraints if you had removed them.
Ensure that the front and rear back-rests are correctly locked in place.

1. Interior lamps
Move control 1 to one of the 3 fol-lowing positions:
Automatic lighting of the interior lampsOn entering the vehicle:
They come on as soon as the vehicle is unlocked or a door is opened.
They go out 30 seconds after the doors are closed or when ignition is switched on.

To install :
Position the left-hand end of the luggage-cover blind in its housing A behind the rear benchseat.A
Squeeze the blind’s control 1 and position it in place in its housing Bto the right-hand side.
Release the control to secure the luggage-cover blind.
Unroll it until it locks into place on the boot pillar.
L U G G A G E - C O V E R B L I N D ( T O U R E R )
To remove :
Press gently on the handle (PRESS). The luggage-cover blind rolls up automatically.
Squeeze control 1 and lift up the luggage-cover blind to the right then to the left to remove it.
To fold up :
Press gently on the handle (PRESS). The luggage-cover blind rolls up automatically.
The moveable section C can be folded up along the backrest of the rear benchseat.

The cargo net can be used behind the rear seats (row 2) when the l u g g a g e - c o v e r b l i n d i s n o t fi t t e d , o r behind the front seats (row 1).
Note : when using behind the front seats, the backrests and the seat cushions must be folded down (see section on rear seats).
CARGO NET (TOURER)
To install :
Fold down the backrests of the rear seats.
Position the cargo net roller over the two rails 1 located behind the rear seats (2/3 benchseat). The two notches 2 must be posi-tioned over the two rails.
Slide the 2 rails 1 into the notches 2 and push the roller (lengthwise) from right to left to lock it in.Put the backrests of the rear seats back into place.
To use in row 1 :
Fold down the backrests of the rear seats.
Open the cov-ers 3 of the corresponding h i g h fi x i n g l o c a t i o n s .
To use in row 2 :
Open the cov-ers 4 of the c o r r e s p o n d - i n g h i g h fi x i n g locations.
From the rear benchseat, unroll the cargo net by pushing it to disengage the retaining notches.
Position one of the ends of the cargo net’s metal bar in the corre- s p o n d i n g fi x i n g l o c a t i o n . E n s u r e that the notch is correctly lodged in the rail located inside the loca-tion 4.
Position the other notch in the 2 n d fi x i n g l o c a t i o n a n d p u l l t h e metal bar towards you.
Unroll the cargo net and posi-tion one of the ends of the net’s metal bars in the corresponding fi x i n g l o c a t i o n . E n s u r e t h a t t h e notch is correctly lodged in the rail located inside the location 3.
Pull on the cargo’s net’s metal bar to position the other notch in t h e 2 n d fi x i n g l o c a t i o n .

Notes on radio reception
Your radio will be subject to certain p h e n o m e n a t h a t a r e n o t e n c o u n -tered by domestic systems.
T h e r e c e p t i o n o f A M a n d F M s i g -nals may suffer from interference, which is caused by the nature and propagation of the signals and d o e s n o t r e fl e c t o n t h e q u a l i t y o f your radio installation.
In AM mode, the reception may be affected when passing under power lines or bridges, or when travelling through tunnels.
In FM mode, the reception may be affected by the distance from t h e s t a t i o n t r a n s m i t t e r , t h e r e fl e c t - i n g o f s i g n a l s o f f o b s t a c l e s ( m o u n -tains, hills, tower blocks) and radio blackspots (no coverage from the station transmitter).

Press button D to select the source.

Selection of frequencies and memory banks
Press button E successively to go through the memory b a n k s F M 1 , F M 2 a n d F M 3 , f o r t h e F M w a v e b a n d , a n d t h e m e m -ory banks MW/LW, for the AM waveband.
Manual search
Manual search is via buttons Jor M.
By keeping button J or M pressed, you will be able to scroll through the waveband. Scrolling will stop as soon as you release the button. The radio will remain tuned to the frequency that is displayed.
Tuning sensitivity
Automatic searches can be carried o u t a c c o r d i n g t o t w o l e v e l s o f s e n -sitivity:To capture the most powerful transmitters, choose the local search mode “LO” (default option).To capture the weakest or most distant transmitters, choose the sensitive search mode “DX”.

When the engine is not running, the radio stops after a few minutes.
W h e n t h e e n g i n e i s s w i t c h e d o f f , t h e w o r k -ing time for the radio depends on the battery charge. The interruption is normal: the radio goes into economy mode, cutting off in order to save the vehicle’s battery.
You have to start the engine so as to increase the battery charge.
The message “the audio system is overheating” appears on the screen.
In order to protect the audio equipment in excessive ambient temperatures, the radio goes into an automatic thermic protection mode which results in a reduction in sound volume or stopping of the CD player.
Switch off the audio system for a few minutes in order to allow the system to cool down.

Bonnet
This operation should only be performed while the vehicle is stationary.
Open the door.
To unlock, pull release lever A.
Lift up lever B, then raise the bon-net.
Note: The panel may be hot after the vehicle has been in use.
Check that the bonnet is properly secured.
Do not operate the bon-net in strong winds.
Bonnet stay
Unclip the stay and pivot to lodge it in the catch indicated by a yellow arrow.
To eliminate any risk of burns, only handle the bonnet stay using the protective foam.
To close
Check that nothing has been left on top of the engine and that any component that was moved has been correctly repositioned.
Return the bonnet stay to its initial position.
Lower the bonnet carefully, then let it drop shut.
