your music.
I t p e r m i t s t h e p l a y i n g o f M P 3 C D s a n d
D V D s .
The Jukebox function permits the selective
playing of up to 10 hours of music. The
d e t a i l e d m a p o f E u r o p e i s s t o r e d o n t h i s
hard disc, without the addition of a CD.
This map is displayed on the 16/9ths 7-
inch colour screen and offers a 3D view.
The hands-free GSM telephone, via your

Changing the remote control
battery
Battery ref.: CR1620/3 volts.
T h e i n f o r m a t i o n " b a t t e r y fl a t " i s g i v e n
b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l , a c c o m p a n i e d b y
a message on the multifunction display.
T o r e p l a c e t h e b a t t e r y , u n c l i p t h e
casing using a coin at the ring.
If the remote control does not work
a f t e r t h e b a t t e r y h a s b e e n c h a n g e d ,
re-programme the remote control. Programming the remote control

Do not discard the remote control
b a t t e r i e s , t h e y c o n t a i n m e t a l s w h i c h
are harmful to the environment.
Take them to a PEUGEOT dealer , or
to any other approved collection point. Wait at least one minute
b e f o r e u s i n g t h e r e m o t e
control.
Insert the key in the ignition switch with
t h e b u t t o n s ( p a d l o c k s ) o f t h e r e m o t e
control facing you.
Switch on the ignition.
Press the locking padlock for at least
fi v e s e c o n d s w i t h i n t h e n e x t t e n
seconds.
Switch off the ignition.
W a i t a t l e a s t o n e m i n u t e b e f o r e u s i n g
the remote control.
The remote control is now working
again.

DOORS
Automatic central
locking
The doors can lock automatically when
you are driving (at a speed of more
than 6 mph (10 km/h)).
You can activate or deactivate this
function. To deactivate
With the ignition on, press
and hold the padlock.
Deactivation of the function is
a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n a u d i b l e
signal.
Opening the doors from outside Opening the doors

If the vehicle is locked or
deadlocked from the outside, the
r e d w a r n i n g l i g h t fl a s h e s a n d t h e
padlock does not function. In this case,
use the key or the remote control to
unlock from the outside.
The door opening switches do
not function when the vehicle is
deadlocked. Locking/Unlocking from
the inside
Press the padlock, the red
warning light comes on when
the vehicle is locked and switches off
when it is unlocked.
This locks/unlocks the doors and the
tailgate.
To activate
With the ignition on, press
and hold the padlock.
Activation of the function is

If a door or the tailgate is not closed
properly:

when the engine is running, you

the service warning light comes on.

ELECTRIC CHILD SAFETY
This disarms all the electrical controls
in the rear:
- electric windows,
- sliding side doors,
- sunroofs in rows 2 and 3.

indicates the status of the function:

In the event of a serious impact, the
doors are unlocked automatically
