of the overheating, consult a Yamaha deal-
er. Continuing to operate at higher speeds
could result in severe engine damage.

EJU36321Exhaust temperature warning indicator
This model is equipped with an exhaust tem-
perature warning system.
If the exhaust temperature becomes too hot,
the “WARNING” indicator light and the ex-haust temperature warning indicator begin to
blink, and the buzzer sounds intermittently.
If this occurs, reduce the engine speed and
return to shore to allow the exhaust system to
cool down.
CAUTION:

This model is equipped with a catalytic
converter.
If the “WARNING” indicator light, exhaust
temperature warning indicator, and buzzer
come on, reduce the engine speed (below
6000 r/min), return to shore, and have a
Yamaha dealer check the watercraft.
