UseonlychildrestraintsystemswiththeLATCH-systemrecommendedbyPorsche.Thesesys-temshavebeentestedandadjustedtotheinteriorofyourPorscheandtheappropriatechildagegroups.Othersystemshavenotbeentestedandcouldentailanincreasedriskofinjuryordeath.
YoucanobtainchildseatsthatareLATCHcompati-bleatyourauthorizedPorschedealer.
Alwaysobservetheseparateinstallationinstructionsforyourchildseat.
Theuseofinfantorchildrestraintsisrequiredbylawinall50statesoftheU.S.andallCanadianprovinces.ThechildrestraintsystemshouldbeonethatcomplieswithU.S.Federal/CanadianMotorVehicleSafetyStandardsandshouldbesecuredbyalapbeltorlapbeltportionofalap-shoulderbeltorforchildseatsequippedwiththeLATCHsytem(LowerAnchorageandTetherforChildren,alsoknownasISOFIX)totheLATCHanchorages.Astatementbytheseatmanufacturerofcompliancewiththisstandardcanbefoundontheinstructionlabelontherestraintandintheinstructionmanualprovidedwiththerestraint.
