Alwaysdepresstheclutchpedalfullywhenchanginggears.Makesurethatthegearshiftleveriscompletelyengaged.
Onlyshiftintoreversewhenthecarhascometoacompletestop.
Whenshiftinggears,alwaysensurethattheclutchpedalisfullydepressedandthegearhasfullyengaged.
Selectreverseonlywhenvehicleisstationary.
Selectanappropriatelylowgearonupwardanddownwardslopes.Thiswillensureoptimumuseofenginepowerandenginebraking.
Whenreversegearisselectedandtheignitionison,thebackuplightsareilluminated.
Permittedenginespeed
Youshouldchangeintoahighergearbeforetheneedlereachestheredmarkonthetachometer,oreaseofftheaccelerator.
Iftheredzoneisreachedduringacceleration,fuelfeedisinterrupted.

2.Regularycheckthebrake-fluidlevelonthetransparentexpansiontankthroughthewindowB.Thefluidlevelshouldalwaysliebetweenthe“Min”and“Max”marks.
Aslightdecreaseinthefluidlevelduetowearandautomaticreadjustmentofthediscbrakesisnormal.If,however,thefluidlevelfallsmarkedlyorbelowthe“Min”mark,thebrakingsystemmayhavedevelopedaleak.
HavethebrakingsystemcheckedimmediatelyatanauthorizedPorschedealer.
Changingthebrakeuid
Brakefluidabsorbsmoisturefromtheairovertime.Thisaccumulationofwaterlowerstheboilingpointand,undercertainoperatingconditions,canaffectthebrakingaction.Thereforehavethe
