Seatposition
Anergonomicallycorrectsittingpositionisimportantforsafeandfatigue-freedriving.Werecommendthefollowingprocedureforadjustingthedriver’sseattosuitindividualrequirements:
1.Vehicleswithmanualtransmission:Adjusttheseatuntil,withtheclutchpedalfullydepressed,yourlegremainsataslightangle.VehicleswithTiptronicS:Adjusttheseatuntil,withyourleftfootonthefootrest,yourleftlegremainsataslightangle.
2.Restyouroutstretchedarmonthesteeringwheel.Setthebackrestangleandthesteer-ing-wheelpositionsothatyourwristrestsontheouterrimofthesteeringwheel.Atthesametime,theshouldersmuststillbeinnoticeablecontactwiththebackrest.
3.Adjusttheseatheighttogiveyourselfenoughheadroomandagoodoverviewofthevehicle.
4.Electricallyadjustableseat:Adjusttheseatangleuntilyourthighsrestlightlyontheseatcushion.

1.Insertignitionkeyfullyintoignitionlock.
2.Pushthelockingleverdownwards.
3.Adjuststeeringwheeltofitthechosenbackrestangleandyourseatpositionbymovingthesteeringwheelupordownandlongitudinally.
4.Swivellockingleverbackuntilyoufeelitengage.Ifnecessary,movesteeringwheelslightlylongitudinally.

Theheightofthebeltdeflectorsforthedriver’sseatandpassenger’sseatcanbeadjusted.Adjusttheheightofthesafetybeltsothatitrunsacrossthemiddleoftheshoulder,notagainsttheneck.

Cleaningthesafetybelts
Ifitbecomesnecessarytocleanthebelts,youcanuseanymildwashingagent.Allowthebeltstodrypriortoretracting,butavoiddirectsunlight.
Onlyusesuitablecleaners.Ifunsuitablecleanersareusedoranyattemptismadetodyeorbleachthebelts,thewebbingmaybeweakenedandthusconstituteasafetyrisk.
