The sunroof can be only electrically opened or closed. To open or to close, press and hold the button located inthe front overhead console. Release the button when the sunroof reaches the desired position.

B470A02S-AAT SUNSHADE The sunshade can be opened and closed by sliding it forward or rearward when the sunroof is closed. The sunshade will be open automatically when thesunroof is opened, but it must be closed manually.

B460D01FC-GAT Manual Operation of Sunroof If the sunroof does not operate electri- cally:
1. Remove the rectangular plastic inte- rior light lens in the front overhead console.
2. Turn the hexagonal bolts with a
socketwrench counterclockwise toremove the front overhead console. HFC1036
3. Insert the hexagonal head wrench
provided with the vehicle into thesocket. This wrench can be found in the vehicle's luggage room or glovebox.
4. Turn the wrench clockwise to open or counterclockwise to close.B460C02S-AAT Tilting the Sunroof The sunroof can be tilted by pushing the "UP" button with the sunroof closed. Release the button when the sunroof reaches the desired position. To closethe sunroof, press the "DOWN" but- ton. HFC2022
NOTE: After washing the car or after there is rain, be sure to wipe off any water that is on the sunroof before operat-ing it.

Do not adjust or fold the outside rearview mirrors while the vehicle is moving. This could result in loss of control, and an accident whichcould cause death, serious injury or property damage. B510C01FCB510D02HP-AAT OUTSIDE REARVIEW MIRROR HEATER (If installed) The outside rearview mirror heater is actuated in connection with the front/ rear window defroster. To heat the out- side rearview mirror glass, pushin the switch for the front/rear window defroster. The rearview mirror glass will be heated for defrosting or defoggingand will give you improved rear vision in inclement weather conditions. Push the switch again to turn the heater off.The outside rearview mirror heater automatically turns itself off after 20 minutes.
