Low fuel level
When the fuel tank minimum

l i g h t c o m e s o n o n t h e i n s t r u -
m e n t p a n e l .
The distance which can be
travelled with the fuel remaining is
approximately 30 miles (50 km).

ROOF EMERGENCY MODE
O p e r a t i n g p r o c e d u r e f o r m a n u a l c l o s i n g
of the roof in the event of an electrical or
hydraulic malfunction of the system. F o l l o w i n g t h e s e c h e c k s a n d a f u r -
ther roof manoeuvre command,
i f t h e p r o b l e m p e r s i s t s , c o n t a c t a

tem checked. T h e t o o l , p r o v i d e d i n t h e g l o v e b o x , i s a
size 6 Allen TM key.
I f t h e o p e n i n g o r c l o s i n g o f t h e r o o f d o e s
not start or does not function correctly,
c h e c k t h a t a l l o f t h e c o n d i t i o n s b e l o w

the vehicle is stationary,
the ignition is on,
t h e s c r e e n i s p u l l e d ,
the boot is closed,
the roof fuse is in good condition,
t h e b a t t e r y v o l t a g e i s s u f i c i e n t ,
the vehicle is not in energy economy
mode,
t h e e l e c t r i c w i n d o w s a r e i n i t i a l i s e d ,
t h e e x t e r i o r t e m p e r a t u r e i s h i g h e r
t h a n - 1 5 ° C .

During the roof closing manoeuvre,

Raise the boot cover.
If the hooks have locked in the
meantime, disengage each hook
(x 2) by acting on its locking striker.
Close the boot cover hooks.
T h e f o r k o f t h e h o o k s h o u l d b e p o s i - t i o n e d a r o u n d t h e p i n .
T h e b o o t c o v e r m u s t b e c l o s e d p r o -
g r e s s i v e l y a n d w i t h o u t f o r c e .
W h e n y o u r e a c h t h e s t o p , d o n o t
use more force than is necessary.
Over time, this could result in oil
leaks.
Place the size 6 Allen key back in
the hydraulic unit housing.
S c r e w i n t h e b l e e d s c r e w f u l l y .
Press on each side of the boot to
close it.
Pull and turn each U bracket (x 2)
one eighth of a turn to move it from
p o s i t i o n 1 t o p o s i t i o n 2 . Do not close the boot cover before
r e s t o r i n g t h e h y d r a u l i c p r e s s u r e i n
the roof mechanism.
