To reset a tripmeter, select it by pushing the
“TRIP/ODO” button, and then push the
“TRIP/ODO” button for at least three seconds. The
tripmeters can be used to estimate the distance
that can be traveled with a full tank of fuel. This in-
formation will enable you to plan future fuel stops.NOTE:_ Holding in the “TRIP/ODO” button and then turning
the key to “ON” switches the display between
“mph” and “km/h”. _Clock mode
Pushing the “”/“” button switches the dis-
play between the clock mode “CLOCK” and the
hour meter mode “HOUR” in the following order:

viennent pas ou dont la pression de gonflage de pneus est
inégale ou incorrecte pourrait entraîner une perte de
contrôle du véhicule et augmenter les risques d’accident.
Lire attentivement ce qui suit:
1. Les pneus énumérés ci-dessous ont été approuvés
pour ce modèle par Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. Il est
déconseillé de monter d’autres pneus sur le VTT.

presiones incorrectas o desiguales, puede dar
lugar a pérdidas de control, con riesgo de acci-
dente.
Preste atención a los puntos siguientes.

CAUTION:
In order to prevent clutch slippage (since the en-
gine oil also lubricates the clutch), do not mix any
chemical additives. Do not use oils with a diesel
specification of “CD” or oils of a higher quality
than specified. In addition, do not use oils labeled
“ENERGY CONSERVING II” or higher.
