parts from a Yamaha dealer. Also record
and keep these ID numbers in a separate

This model is equipped with an inte-
grated, computerized management system
that controls and adjusts ignition timing, fuel
injection, engine diagnostics, and the Off-
Throttle Steering (OTS) system.

Multifunction meter
The multifunction meter is equipped with
the following two main components for help
and convenience in operating the watercraft.

Analog speedometer/tachometer and indicator
lights

Multifunction display and operation buttons
CAUTION:@ Do not run the engine for more than
15 seconds when checking the operation
of the meter on land. The engine could
overheat.
@
NOTE:@ When the multifunction meter starts oper-
ating, the analog speedometer/tachome-
ter makes one sweep, all displays light up
for 2 seconds, and then the meter starts
to operate normally.
The multifunction meter will continue to
operate for 25 seconds after the engine
stops.
