DEFINITION OF UNITS
SPEC
This chart specifies torque for standard faste-
ners with standard I.S.O. pitch threads. Torque
specifications for special components or assem-
blies are included in the applicable sections of
this book. To avoid warpage, tighten multi-faste-
ner assemblies in a crisscross fashion, in pro-
gressive stages, until full torque is reached.
Unless otherwise specified, torque specifications
call for clean, dry threads. Components should
be at room temperature.

AFaire passer le tuyau de reniflard du réser-
voir à carburant entre le guidon et la barre
de tension, puis l’insérer dans l’orifice de
la plaque minéralogique.
BFaites passer le câble d’accélérateur, le
fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur “ENGI-
NE STOP” et le câble d’embrayage dans
le guide de câble. Alignez pour cela le
guide de câble sur l’extrémité avant de la
bande sur le câble d’accélérateur et faites
passer le câble d’embrayage sous le
câble d’accélérateur et le fil du bouton
d’arrêt du moteur “ENGINE STOP”.
CFaites passer le câble d’accélérateur, le
fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur “ENGI-
NE STOP” et le câble d’embrayage au-
dessus du tuyau du radiateur.
DBridez le fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur
“ENGINE STOP” et le câble d’embraya-
ge.
EFaites passer le câble d’embrayage en
peu en avant de l’écrou de fixation extrê-
me gauche de la culasse.
FFaites passer le faisceau de fils entre les
supports du moteur.
GFaire passer les tuyaux de ventilation, le
tuyau de trop-plein et le tuyau de renifi-
lard d’huile de transmission entre le
cadre et la bielle.
HFaites passer le câble d’embrayage à
l’extérieur du câble d’accélérateur et du
fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur “ENGI-
NE STOP”.
IAjustez le bandeau du bloc CDI dans le
support du bloc CDI jusqu’en butée.
JIntroduisez à fond l’unité CDI dans le
collier de l’unité CDI.
KBridez le fil TPS (capteur de position de
papillon) et le fil d’électrovanne en
orientant les extrémités de la bride vers
l’arrière.
LBridez les tuyaux de ventilation.

Faire passer les tuyaux de ventilation, le

AFar passare lo sfiato del serbatoio puran-
te fra il manubrio e il tirante, quindi inse-
rirne l’estremità nel foro della targa.
BFar passare il cavo dell’acceleratore, il

MOTORE” e il cavo della frizione nella
guida per cavi. Nel farlo, allineare con la
guida per cavi l’estremità anteriore del
nastro sul cavo dell’acceleratore e far
passare il cavo della frizione sotto il cavo
dell’acceleratore e il conduttore del pul-
sante “ARRESTO MOTORE”.
CFar passare il cavo dell’acceleratore, il
conduttore del pulsante “ARRESTO
MOTORE” e la guida per cavi della fri-
zione sopra il manicotto flessibile del
radiatore.
DAgganciare il cavo dell’acceleratore, il
conduttore del pulsante “ARRESTO
MOTORE” e il cavo della frizione.
EFar passare il cavo della frizione un po’ più
avanti rispetto al dado all’estrema sinistra
che regge la testa del cilindro.
FFar passare il complesso conduttori tra le
staffe del motore.
GFar passare i tubi di spurgo dell’aria, il tubo
di troppopieno e lo sfiato dell’olio di tra-
smissione tra il telaio e la biella.
HFar passare il cavo della frizione dal lato
esterno del cavo dell’acceleratore e del
conduttore del pulsante “ARRESTO
MOTORE”.
IInserire il nastro dell'unità CDI sul sup-
porto dell'unità CDI finché non si arresta.
JInserire l’unità CDI nella fascia dell’unità
CDI fino a quando non si arresti.
KAgganciare il conduttore del TPS (senso-
re di posizione dell'acceleratore) e il con-
duttore della valvola del solenoide sul
fianco del TPS con le estremità della
fascia di serraggio rivolte all'indietro.
LFissare i tubi di sfiato.
MFar passare i tubi di sfiato dell’aria, il tubo
di troppopieno e lo sfiato dell’olio di tra-
smissione in modo che tutti questi tubi non
tocchino l’ammortizzatore posteriore.

an der Innenseite der Zündspulenlei-
tung und der Erdleitung durchführen.
BDas Leitungskabel des Motorstopp-
knopfes „ENGINE STOP”, das Masse-
kabel, das Zündspulen-Kabel, den
Kabelbaum und das Leitungskabel des
CDI-Magnetzünders mit den Enden der
Verschlussklemmen nach unten fest
klemmen.
Dabei das Leitungskabel des Motor-
stoppknopfes „ENGINE STOP” an sei-
nem Stecker fest klemmen und das Lei-
tungskabel des CDI-Magnetzünders
nicht durchhängen lassen.
Auch sicher stellen, dass nicht am
Zündspulen-Kabel gezogen werden
kann.

An der Außenseite der Motoraufhängung
und an der Innenseite des Abwärtsrohrs.
Kühlerentlüfterschlauch an der Innenseite
der CDI-Magnetleitung durchführen.
DCDI-Magnetleitung, Kühlerentlüfter-
schlauch und YPVS-Entlüfterschlauch fest-
klemmen. Dabei wird die CDI-Magnetlei-
tung hinten am Abwärtsrohr festgeklemmt,
mit den Klemmenenden nach außen.
EKühlerentlüfterschlauch und CDI-
Magnetleiter hinten am Ablaßrohr und
mit den Klemmenenden nach außen
festklemmen.

Kühlerentlüfterrohr und CDI-Magnetlei-

AFaites passer le fil du bouton d’arrêt du
moteur “ENGINE STOP” à l’intérieur du
fil de la bobine d’allumage et du fil de
masse.
BBridez le fil du bouton d’arrêt du moteur
“ENGINE STOP”, le fil de masse, le fil
de la bobine d’allumage, le faisceau de
fils et le fil de la magnéto CDI en orien-
tant les extrémités de la bride vers le bas.
Alignez pour cela le fil du bouton d’arrêt
du moteur “ENGINE STOP” sur son
connecteur et ne laissez pas prendre le fil
de la magnéto CDI.
De même, veillez à ne pas tirer sur le fil
de la bobine d’allumage.
CA l’extérieur du support du moteur et à
l’intérieur du tube inférieur. Faites passer
le tuyau reniflard du radiateur à l'inté-

DBridez le fil de magnéto CDI, le tuyau
reniflard du radiateur et le tuyau reniflard
YPVS. Ce faisant, bridez le fil de magné-
to CDI à l’arrière du tube inférieur avec
les extrémités de la bride orientées vers
l’extrérieur.
EBridez le tuyau reniflard du radiateur et
le fil de magnéto CDI à l’arrière du tube
inférieur avec les extrémités de la bride
vers l’extérieur.
FFaites passer le tuyau reniflard du radia-
teur et le fil de magnéto CDI devant la
durit du radiateur.
GFaites passer le tuyau du reniflard entre
le cadre et le radiateur.
HAligner le dessus du col du tuyau de
frein sur la base du support du tuyau de
frein.
IFaire passer le tuyau de frein à l’avant du
bossage d’essieu, puis l’insérer dans la
cannelure de sorte qu’il ne touche pas
l’écrou (axe de roue).
JFaire rentrer le tuyau de frein dans le

0Tubo flessibile del freno
APassare il conduttore del pulsante
"ARRESTO MOTORE" all'interno del
conduttore della bobina d'accensione e
del conduttore di terra.
BAgganciare il conduttore del pulsante
“ARRESTO MOTORE”, il conduttore di
terra, il conduttore della bobina d’accen-
sione, il complesso conduttori e il con-
duttore del magnete CDI con le estremità
della fascia di serraggio rivolte verso il
basso.
Nel farlo, agganciare il conduttore del
pulsante “ARRESTO MOTORE” al suo
accoppiatore ed evitare che il conduttore
del magnete CDI faccia gioco.
Verificare inoltre che il conduttore della
bobina d’accensione non sia tirato.
CAll’esterno della brida del motore e
all’interno del tubo discendente. Far passare
lo sfiato del radiatore all’interno del condut-
tore del magnete CDI.
DFissare il conduttore del magnete CDI, lo
sfiato del radiatore e lo sfiato YPVS.
Nell’effettuare questa operazione, fissare il
conduttore del magnete CDI sul retro del
tubo discendente con le estremità della
fascia rivolte verso l’esterno.
EFissare il tubo di sfiato del radiatore ed il
conduttore dei magneti CDI alla parte
posteriore del tubo con le estremità della
fascia di serraggio rivolte verso l’esterno.
FFar scorrere il tubo di sfiato del radiatore e
il conduttore del magnete CDI davanti al
tubo del radiatore.
GFar passare il tubo di sfiato del radiatore
tra il telaio e il radiatore.
HAllineare la cima del manicotto del tubo
flessibile del freno con la parte bassa del
supporto del tubo flessibile del freno.
IFar passare il tubo flessibile del freno
davanti al mozzo dell’asse, quindi inserirlo
nella scanalatura per tubo flessibile in modo
che il tubo flessibile del freno non tocchi il
dado (asse della ruota).
JInserire il tubo flessibile del freno nella
guida sul dispositivo di protezione.
