lowing guidance modes and press .
Hybrid: The basic guidance
screen is displayed during a maneu-
ver. Once the maneuver is com-
plete, the MCS returns to the
detailed map display or the respec-
tive audio display.
Arrow: The Basic Guidance
screen is displayed at all times.
Map: The Detailed Map screen is
displayed at all times.
Use the joystick to save the settings,
select Return and press .

Show: The selected POI icons are
shown when you select the detail
map display.
Hide: No POI icons are displayed.
Edit: Allows you to select which
POI icons are displayed.
To save the settings, use the joystick to
select Return and press .
When you move the Present Vehicle Posi-
tion icon to any of the visible POI icons and
press , the name, address, and phone
number respective of the POI icon will be

If you select Edit a list of 6 icons ap-
pears. Use the joystick to select up to 3 of
the following icon types. After selecting

The Tele Aid system consists of three
types of response: automatic and man-
ual emergency, roadside assistance,
and information. Tele Aid is initially ac-
tivated by completing a subscriber
agreement and placing an acquintance
call.
The Tele Aid system is operational pro-
vided that the vehicle's battery is
charged, properly connected, not dam-
aged, and cellular and GPS coverage is
available.Unlock code
Your unlock code prevents unautho-
rized persons from using your tele-
phone. The unlock code is a number
string, which you have to enter on
switching on the telephone.
Voice control system
One of the service sources of MCS.
As voice-operated control system it
controls the MCS systems via voice, re-
fer to the separate operating instruc-
tions.
Voice output
During a trip, apart from visual informa-
tions (symbol or map displays), MCS
also provides all of the
necessary spoken route information
via voice output.
