Your vehicle’s f ront windows are
electrically-powered. Turn the
ignition switch to ON (II) to raise or
lower either window.

Each f ront door has a switch that
controls its window. To open the
window, push the switch down and
hold it. Release the switch when you
want the window to stop. Close the
window by pulling back on the
switch and holding it.The driver’s door armrest has a
master power window control panel.
To open the f ront passenger’s
window, push down on the switch
and hold it down until the window
reaches the desired position. To
close the window, pull back on the
window switch. Release the switch
when the window gets to the position
you want.

To open the driver’s
window f ully, push the window
switch f irmly down, then release it.
The window automatically goes
down all the way. To stop the
window f rom going all the way down,
pull back on the window switch
brief ly.
To close the driver’s window f ully,
pull back the window switch f irmly,
then release it. The window
automatically goes all the way up. To
stop the window f rom going all the
way up, push down on the window
switch brief ly.
To open or close the driver’s window
partially, push down or pull back on
the window switch lightly and hold it.
The window will stop when you
release the switch. If the MAIN switch is off, the front
passenger’s window cannot be raised
or lowered and the rear windows
cannot be opened or closed. Keep
the MAIN switch off when you have
children in the vehicle so they do not
injure themselves by operating the
windows unintentionally.
Auto reverse stops sensing when the
window is almost closed. You should
always check that all passengers and
objects are away from the window
bef ore closing it.If the driver’s
window runs into any obstacle while
it is closing automatically, it will
reverse direction, and then stop. To
close the window, remove the
obstacle, then use the window switch
again.

If your vehicle’s battery is
disconnected or goes dead, or the
driver’s window f use is removed, the
AUTO f unction will be disabled. The
power window system needs to be
reset af ter reconnecting the battery
or installing the f use.Start the engine. Push down and
hold the driver’s window switch
until the window is f ully open.
Pull and hold the driver’s window
switch to close the window
completely, then hold the switch
f or a second or two more.
If the power windows do not operate
properly af ter resetting, have your
vehicle checked by a Honda dealer. The power window system has a key-
of f delay f unction. The windows will
stilloperateforupto10minutes
after you turn off the ignition.
Opening either f ront door cancels
the delay function. You must turn
the ignition switch to ON (II) again
bef ore you can operate the windows.

window with the switches on the
driver’s door armrest. The right
switch controls the passenger’s side
rear window, and the left switch
controls the driver’s side window. To
open the window, push the switch
downandholdit.Releasetheswitch

Whenusingthesunvisorforthe
side window, remove the support rod
f rom the clip and swing it out. Slide
the extension out to get more
coverage on the side window.Pull up the vanity mirror cover to use
it. The lights come on only when the
parking lights are on.
To open the compartment, pull the
lever and lif t the lid. To close, lower
the lid and push it down until it
latches.
Make sure you put the sun visor
back in place when you are getting
into or out of the vehicle.
Do not use the sun visor extension
over the rear view mirror.

When the light in/above the button
is on, air f rom the vehicle’s interior is
sent throughout the system again.
When the light is of f , air is brought
in f rom the outside of the vehicle
(Fresh Air mode).
The outside air intakes f or the
heating and cooling system are at
the base of the windshield. Keep this
area clear of leaves and other debris.

Air mode under almost all conditions.
Keeping the system in Recirculation
mode, particularly with the A/C of f ,
can cause the windows to fog up.
Switch to Recirculation mode when
driving through dusty or smoky
conditions, then return to Fresh Air
mode.This button turns the rear window
def ogger of f and on (see page ).
Use the mode control buttons or
icons to select the vents the air f lows
f rom. Some air will f low f rom the
dashboard corner vents in all modes.

A/C screen.
Select the ON icon on the screen.
Select the desired temperature
and MODE selections. If the
outside air is humid, select the
Recirculation mode. If the outside
air is dry, select the Fresh Air
mode.you can
cool it down more rapidly by partially
opening the windows, turning on the
A/C, and setting the fan to
maximum speed in Fresh Air mode.
The vehicle has two A/C and
heater units. These units are
controlled by the f ront panel controls,
unless the RR A/C control dial is in
the OFF position. The rear
passengers can also adjust the
direction and the amount of airf low. Air conditioning, as it cools, removes
moisture from the air. When used in
combination with the heater, it
makes the interior warm and dry.
Switch the f an on.
Turn on the air conditioning.
Select and Fresh Air mode.
Adjust the temperature control
dial or button to your pref erence.
This setting is suitable f or all driving
conditions whenever the outside
temperature is above 32°F (0°C). Set the f an to the desired speed, or
high f or f aster def rosting.

To clear the windows f aster, you can
close the dashboard corner vents by
rotating the wheel next it. This will
send more warm air to the
windshield def roster vents. Once the
windshield is clear, select the Fresh
Air mode to avoid f ogging the
windows.
For your saf ety, make sure you have
a clear view through all the windows
bef ore driving. The Automatic Climate Control
system can adjust the f an speed and
airflow levels to maintain the interior
temperature you select.
Press the Auto button. With
Navigation System, the light in the
button comes on.
Set the desired temperature by
turning the Temperature Control
dial. You will see FULL AUTO in
the system’s display.
Set the desired temperature by
pressing to raise the
temperature or to lower the
temperature. The selected
temperature will show in the
temperature display on the control
panel. The system automatically selects the
proper mix of conditioned and/or
heated air to raise or lower the
interior temperature to the
temperature you selected.
If you set the temperature to its
lower limit or its highest limit, the
system runs at f ull cooling or heating
only. It does not regulate the interior
temperature.
In cold weather, the f an will not
come on automatically until the
heater starts to develop warm air.
When the
system is in FULL AUTO, the rear
A/C passenger control dials cannot
be used. Turning the rear A/C
controldialonthefrontpanel
disables the FULL AUTO f unction.
