on the oil seal lip.
Apply the engine oil on the push

Fit the seat plate

Installer le ressort amortisseur avec la
peinture c orientée vers l’extérieur.

N.B.:
Mettre alternatiement les disques
d’embrayage et les disques de friction
en place sur la noix d’embrayage, en
començant par un disque de friction et
en terminant par un disque de friction.
Commencer et terminer par un disque
de friction 1 et être attentif à la diffé-
rence de leur surface.
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur les
disques de friction et les disques
d’embrayage.
Contrairement au disque de friction 2,
le disque de friction 1 n’a pas de sur-
face brillante. Utiliser d’abord le dis-
que de friction 1 en faisant attention à
la différence de surface.
6. Monter:
Roulement 1
Rondelle 2
Circlip 3
Sur la tige de commande 1 4.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur le roule-
ment et la rondelle.

When installing the impeller shaft,
apply the lithium soap base grease
on the oil seal lip and impeller
shaft. And install the shaft while
turning it.

etc. and install the impeller.

déplacer le ressort.
Lors du montage de l’arbre de rotor,
enduire la lèvre de bague d’étanchéité
ainsi que l’arbre de rotor d’huile de
moteur. Monter l’arbre de rotor tout en
le tournant.
Maintenir l’arbre de rotor par les
zones latérales aplaties a au moyen
d’une clé, etc., et monter la turbine de
pompe.

Enduire le joint torique de graisse à base
de savon au lithium.

1. Monter:
Balancier 1
N.B.:
Enduire le roulement d’huile moteur.
Avant d’installer l’arbre de balancier,
aligner le centre a du poids de l’arbre
de balancier avec la ligne reliant le
centre du vilebrequin et le centre de
l’arbre de balancier.
2. Monter:
Pignon mené du balancier 1
N.B.:
Monter le pignon mené du balancier sur
le balancier en veillant à aligner le repère
poinçonné a du pignon et la carrelure
inférieure b de l’extrémité du balancier.
3. Monter:
Pignon menant du balancier 1
N.B.:
Aligner le repère poinçonné a sur le
pignon menant du balancier avec le
repère poinçonné b sur le pignon
mené du balancier 2.
Aligner le repère poinçonné c sur le
pignon menant de balancier et la
saillie d sur l’extrémité de vilebre-
quin.
4. Monter:
Rondelle frein 1
Ecrou
(pignon mené de balancier) 2
Pignon menant primaire 3
Ecrou
(pignon menant primaire) 4
N.B.:
Monter le pignon menant primaire en
dirigeant son côté à l’avancée a vers
le moteur.
Placer une plaquette en aluminium b
entre les dents du pignon menant 5 et
le pignon mené 6 du balancier.
5. Replier l’ongle de rondelle d’arrêt.
