PEUGEOT declines any respon- sibility for expenses incurredthrough the repair of your vehicleor for any malfunctions resultingfrom the installation of auxiliaryaccessories, not supplied andnot recommended by PEUGEOTand not installed in accordancewith PEUGEOT's instructions, inparticular for any equipment thepower consumption of whichexceeds 10 milliamps.

To charge the battery using a battery charger:

To start the vehicle from another battery:

Ð Wait for 2 minutes after switching off the ignition before disconnect- ing the battery.
Ð Never disconnect a terminal when the engine is running.
Ð Never charge a battery without first disconnecting the terminals.
Ð Close the windows and the roof before disconnecting the battery.
Ð After every reconnection of the battery, switch on the ignition and wait 1 minute before starting to allow the electronic systems to be initialised. If slight difficulties are experienced after this, please consult a PEUGEOT
dealer.
It is advisable to disconnect the battery if the vehicle is not to be used for a period of more than one month.
