The switch is located on the driver’s door.The trunk lid will swing open automatically. You should
always make sure there is sufficient clearance.
A minimum height clearance of 5.75 ft. (1.75 m) is
required to open the trunk lid.
To open the trunk, the vehicle must be at standstill.
Press switch until trunk lid is open.
The indicator lamp in the switch remains on with trunk
lid open.
Notes:
The trunk can also be opened by using the remote
control. Press Šbutton.
The trunk lid cannot be opened by the switch or the
remote control when previously locked separately with
the mechanical key. To open, see page 35.
The trunk lid cannot be opened with the trunk lid
release switch when the vehicle was previously locked
with the remote control. To unlock vehicle with the
remote control, see page 25.

To gain access to fuse box:
Release clamps (3) and remove the cover.
To close the fuse box:
Ensure that the sealing rubber is properly positioned
when you replace the cover. Press the cover down by
hand and secure with clamps (3).Auxiliary fuse box in the trunk

Open the trunk lid and fold right-side taillamp trim
aside. Reach inside and pull the release knob (arrow).
Open the fuel filler flap.Emergency operation of sliding / pop-up roof
The sliding / pop-up roof can be opened or closed
manually should an electrical malfunction occur.
The sliding / pop-up roof drive is located behind the
lens (1) of the interior overhead light.
