against the hub. If a nut cant be turned by 
hand, use the wheel wrench and see your dealer as
soon as possible.

then try to rotate or turn the tire. If the tire moves,

To remove the cap, turn it slowly to the left
(counterclockwise). The cap has a spring in it; if you let
go of the cap too soon, it will spring back to the right.
