To raise the rear seat:
1. Unhook the anchor plate from the button on the 
seat back.
2. Fold the rear seatback up and make sure it is locked
in position. Push and pull on the seatback to ensure

4. Push the latch plate into the buckle until it clicks.
Pull up on the latch plate to make sure it is secure.
